My guess it was one of those conversations with leadership that starts out with "are you happy here." I am not surprised by this move. Tomlin is a good coach but could not get them over the top year after year..

STL Woody. Interesting, did not know that. I assumed even with winning seasons but no superbowl, leadership was tired and wanted to move in different direction. For Tomlin his future is bright, depending if he still has interest. Could you see Tomlin as a Raider?
