Re: Rams Fans Pissed: Troy Reeder’s Return Sparks Outrage Across Los Angeles
Reeder was always JAG; but as he has gotten older, he has become a liability. The Rams defense got much better after he went down and that's the cold hard reality. Why sign him for depth? I'm really hoping they draft an ILB; but if they need depth, grab a bunch of UDFAs after the draft and maybe ...

Re: Top Ten Linebackers
The best ILB fell to the Eagles(albeit a trade up), just like the best 2 DBs fell to them last year. How do they get so lucky?
I'll take a little luck now and then. Last year all those QB's and offensive players pushed Verse down to us. I saw Verse mocked as high as 8 and never thought the ...

More evidence the "D" is becoming elite
Great stat pointed out in this article about how great the Rams defense is becoming:
"The Rams were the sixth-best defense in the NFL in Week 1, finishing with an EPA per play of -0.145. Their 36.5 percent success rate allowed ranked third-best in the league. And then there’s this stat. From 2017 ...

The good from this horrible loss
No doubt this was a straight up choke job by the Rams. Since 1984 they were 107-1 when leading by at least 19 points in the second half. I did see some silver lining from this game though:
-Barkley ran for over 400 yards in 2 games vs Rams last year. Signing Ford and Landman worked. He was a ...

Re: Colts @ Rams
Stafford was pissed off after the game, and rightfully so. He stunk. I predict he will have his best game of the last 3 seasons. I don't bet, but I am thinking of taking Rams/over parlay this weekend.

Re: Colts @ Rams Pre Game Thread
Stafford is pissed off and the Colts have no pass rush. If Avila is back, I see the Rams scoring at least 35. Conversely, the Rams Run D has been great. I think they relatively contain Taylor(below his average) and this will force Indiana Jones/Danny Dimes to beat them. I foresee a "deer in the ...

Re: I don't get it Ferguson again inactive wtf?
We might have to face the fact that Turd Ferguson just isn't that good. He probably can't block worth a lick. What sucks about him being inactive is that the Rams probably could have drafted a good CB in that spot. A corner that would be PLAYING NOW.

Re: Rams vs 49ers – Thursday Night Showdown
Pull a Belicheat and focus on taking away their only good player left, CMC. On offense, protect your weakest link. Park a TE next to McClendon all night.

Re: Will anybody be held accountable after this loss?
Will the rookie RB, Hunter get some carries next week? Will the Rams call up cb AJ Green and/or Cam Lamkin?
Will the ST coach get fired or get some help by hiring a experienced ST coach to assist him?
I added some:
Will McVay give up playcalling in the RED ZONE?
Will the Rams ever stop ...

Please McVay! Start Dolac!
The ILB position is as much about ''read and react" and "football instinct/acumen" as it is athleticism, maybe even more so. Undersized guys like London Fletcher( who the Rams NEVER should have let go), Sam Mills and recently Matt Milano have thrived in the NFL. Shaun Dolac has this ability based on ...

Re: With Jags Victory, Would You Sit Nacua for Saints?
2) How long have you been watching this club? (no offense, I know you are a legit fan) We are capable of losing to ANY team on ANY week - the 2020 loss to the 1-13 Jets comes to mind. We've already GIVEN away two NFC games. We can't mess around.

Re: Saints @ Rams (pregame thread)
Rams at home after a bye and relatively healthy. Saints starting a rookie QB. I think the Rams will easily cover the spread. Hoping to see more of Ferguson; and maybe we get to see what Jarquez Hunter can do late in the game if the Rams are up big.

Re: Should Hav or Mclendon start
Seems father time has caught up to Havenstein. McClendon is JAG, a good serviceable back-up. Rams need to prioritize Right Tackle in the offseason.

The "I" formation to close out Whiners
Another wrinkle that McVay added with his new-found love of tight ends was lining up in the "I" formation to close out the Whiners when they ran the ball to try run out the clock. With a tight end lead blocking, Williams was getting great yardage when the Whiners knew the Rams were running the ball ...

Re: RAMS OFFICIALLY FILE FOR 2026 UNIFORM CHANGE
What needs to happen, but most likely won't:
-Solid, thick curling horn on the helmet, like 70s thru 90s. The travesty of the current "C" MUST be fixed
-The blue is good, but darken the awful pastel yellow
-No gradient numbers. This better happen. Even high schools don't do it anymore
