Nick Emannwori ?
Rams history reflects disregard for S and LB position but this player and what he could be in the Shula based D would be extraordinary. Helps S and LB positions as he would be sort of a Monster Back - Perhaps the best combine tests ever - with the play tape to match. Our current Rams FO just loves ...

Re: WTF are the Rams doing this draft?
Totally agree - my term would be arrogance- O toys for McVay is a given BUT to display you do not respect certain positions is arrogant. Our ILB are poor - you take a very short Edge rusher instead ( not the Philly way) and our OT depth is scary bad . The whole O grinds down with no 3 rd OT.A TE ...

Re: Gut Feeling On Jalen Ramsey
Like it or not - reasonable move or not - it is quite likely to go down with the only questions being how much cash, draft pick compensation etc . . . IMO the Rams going this route will be a mistake on several levels. As a fan we can sit back and watch it unfold hoping for the best.

Re: Rams nearly traded 2026 second-rounder for No. 70 overall
Trading future draft assets for ??? Players under the guise of “ we are just this close “ is irresponsible - understand the MS time frame and sense of urgency but really ? Already down a 2026 4th round pick and counting with the Ramsey situation percolating. IMO we have done this before & it just ...

Re: Is Beaux Limmer really safe?
Limmer is one of my FAV young Rams with legit potential - seems HC & FO placed huge blame in Philly loss on him - his late blown protection calls that were certainly critical but several other Rams whiffed on plays late in that game as well. If they cut him for the players cited it would really ...

Top game 1 concerns : Houston DE Hunter & Anderson
IMO a top 3 DE duo in the NFL as pass rushers. Very concerned with MS going vs them and our OT Hav/Jackson having a few issues and zero pre season snaps. It might make some sense seeing how these DE handle a Run heavy dose out of the box.Along these lines was sorry to see the Rams release the only ...

Re: Rams vs Texans - Pre-Game Discussion Thread
Rams under McVay are historically slow starters and no change to protocol to prevent this has occurred- with margins so tight losing games due to failure to come out prepared and with proper due diligence may be quite costly. Late season desperate runs to the playoffs will catch up to the Rams ...

Alaric Jackson
I respect AJ and his importance to the Rams & battle to play through a serious medical issue. IMO he struggled greatly today & look forward to his PFF grades. He looked slow, tentative & lacked his normal physicality - albeit vs a quality DE. Here is a salute to his effort today and hopes he can ...

Re: Beaux Limmer and Coleman Shelton
Limmer fan from Day 1 - He is physically superior to Coleman & does not get beat physically/ his errors are in judgement-technique & experience. Coleman has experience and his line calls @ C are better than Limmer right now. IMO more reps at C would benefit him and the Rams but HC and staff brought ...

Re: More evidence the "D" is becoming elite
My main issue is our inability or refusal to Set the Edge on D. Philly coming up and the threat of so many young QBs to break containment will make this a deal breaker for our Defense.

Reality check : Rams vs Eagles
After watching Rams & Eagles play and win today a few honest opinions - I do not see our OL matching up with the Philly front 7 especially with Shelton/Dedich inside / both players lack size and physicality. On Defense I do not see an improvement inside vs the Run game by our front 7. They were ...

Re: Rams @ Eagles Pre Game Thread
IMO you MUST match the physical attitude in play that they bring - if not you will be steam rolled. Philly will make it an all run affair unless you stop it and force Hurtz to beat you through the air From THE POCKET - Not unlike a bloody knuckles Bar fight you must be mentally committed to engage ...

Re: When is McVay held accountable ?
Referring to HC being accountable for his performance - Post game comments are the same coach speak dribble that apparently leads to not addressing some key coaching issues. McVay has real holes in his coaching game and a SB victory is not a permanent free pass . Aware of the fans take on several of ...

Re: The Grades are in:
It seems to be taboo here to identify these areas of need and when they are ignored and not addressed, to draw attention to these failures . Like the forever Red Zone failures, no adjustments or corrections means no solutions and continued failure. Not very difficult to understand.

Colin : NFL now knows Rams weaknesses
He stated Rams have small finesse CB and are weak and smallish @ C/OG. Also noted CB not addressed in the draft. His question : Do you stand pat @ trade deadline & address these issues or ??? To fight that hard and control the game on the road @ SB Champs house and give it up is maddening- Will the ...

Re: Colin : NFL now knows Rams weaknesses
Maybe we will be - maybe not. His point seemed to be these roster holes were known and not addressed for whatever reason. As anyone who follows him knows, Colin is a huge Rams & McVay fan to the point of being an apologist- so he puts out the question of what will be done about these issues in this ...

Re: Avila health the fukkk up
Here is a possible consideration : Displacing Limmer at C and making him a back up G while he was a developing player seems to have messed him up mentally. Now weaker at C ( just my opinion) with Shelton and having an Avila-Limmer step back in playability for different reasons has weakened the ...

Re: i love Kyren but....
Sorry - totally disagree on KW - he is a weak small fumbler who cannot be counted on - there are other issues on this team for sure - but KW will never be a big time RB. Let’s add a DC who made Jones look like MaHomes tonite & defensive secondary that is very weak.

Was a huge fan but - seems now - Avila was over rated and is just an injury prone phoney tough guy who is not what he was purported to be. Guys we are playing inside on the OL reveal poor drafting & failure to make OL the priority it deserves to be.

Re: Seattle Seachickens
Lots of truth in the depiction of a soft, coddling HC who does not expect/ demand accountability from his players and coaches- also gives foundation to the theme that the Rams are a soft team that lacks a physical nature to their approach as a football team. McVay alone can change this nature within ...

Re: Deja Vu game - Ravens will do exactly what SF did to try and beat us
They absolutely will attempt this - they are a physical smash mouth team and this Rams group is a soft/ finesse squad. Nothing has been done to change this style on O or D so the Ravens will have a real chance as the Rams show a great aversion to change or adjust.

Re: Nate Landman
He will be key vs D Henry : Saquan would run away from us but D Henry is not as elusive . The Landman will not back down and will meet him in the hole provided our DL stay in their gaps. Dreadful aspect here is Reeder getting on the field - he is terrible. Key to the game is stopping Derrick Henry.

Rams real contenders ? Show it this W/E
How about no more talk, errors, fumbles, stupid play calls, blocked kicks etc and deliver a complete game vs a talented but wounded opponent on their turf? Latest weather shows a cool, windy rainy day for our Rams but it cannot matter as the Rams need to just shut up and deliver a Win. Another poor ...
