They have us beating the Eagles in playoffs, but then losing the Packers. Packers then go onto to lose to the Ravens for the SB win.

Interesting

Quick thoughts...

I stated in OP that USA today is pretty good at this, but I have to really disagree w my words for these projections...

• Browns at 3-14 after all those QB's they have, is cold. 🥶

• Giants have to win more than 2 games, right?

• Broncos beat out the Chiefs for the division?

• Fins at 5-12. ouch. If thats the case, Mike Daniels maybe looking for a new job

• Raiders will def win more than 5 games, I think they are a potential playoff team.

• NFC South looks to the dumper division, again.

• Steelers w Rodgers win 11 games and take second division... hmmm. I have no clue how this Steelers team will do or how long it takes for them blow up because Aaron and whining about something 🤷🏼‍♂️

• Packers beat out Lions for the Division. Interesting call here. Then they are supposed to meet the Rams for the NFL Chip then ultimately lose to the Ravens in the SB. Very interesting call here.

• If the Rams really have to travel to GB in January, I dont like this projection at all. Let's just keep it at home at Sofi this year guys.

• Cowboys at another .500 year sounds about right. Get ready for Jerry's world to be full of BS excuses, once again.

• Sleeper Team: Raiders
Team that disappoints: Commanders or Packers

• Seems like every year so many say its the 'Bills' or 'Ravens' year... How long will we keep hearing this until one of them ACTUALLY takes home a chip?

Not sure if any of you have noticed, but the Pats are getting a ton of good praise. Some 'experts' have picked them to win the Division. (I am not one of them). BUT, maybe I need to make them my Sleeper team. Hmmm

The Herd just picked this... his reasoning in picking the Rams at second is because of Matt injury and Hav's age... which makes perfect sense.

But the Hawks at first, nah. Hes off on that. If we dont win Division, it's the niners.

I just don't get some of these predictions SF is no way better than the Rams our QB, WRs, DL and overall backups are better than the 49ers. Purdy is not Stafford.

Seahawks ahead of the Rams oh sure really why?

Colin stated because he believes Stafford may not play. He stated if he knew Stafford was healthy, Rams would take first. BUT, why he picked the Hawks, not sure. IMO, Hawks will be no better than .500 club

If the Ram defense is as good as I think they are, and even with Jimmy G.. They win 12-13 games.

Mcvay will have to tweak the offense to run 12p more than he might be planning already, because that's where Jimmy thrives. This offense in 12p. I don't get the level of mis-trust on Jimmy. He's played in the Super Bowl.. He's a multi year playoff QB. he beat the Rams repeatedly. Sure he didn't win it all. Was that him or Patrick Mahomes and the Ciefs being phenomenal? I pick the latter. Jimmy is a system QB and he's in the right system.

So if Stafford misses significant time.. I have no issue with Jimmy in this system

I don't get how the Rams Defense is automatically thought to be so good when the starters haven't played since they looked like shit giving up 2 long TD runs and 200 yards to Barkley in the Playoffs. And it's pretty much the same 16th ranked starters from last year isn't it?
We can hope the new players make an impact but I'll need to see it 1st.
I do like Cierra's Idea of running the ball a little more, whether it's Staff, JG or whoever, sustaining drives a little longer and keeping our D off the field as much as possible.

They haven't gotten there yet, obviously. But I can see 5-2 the rest of the way as very do'able.
