He Came Outta Nowhere

I wonder if I can track down his other pick-sixes this season to compare & contrast.
This was such a rookie move!

Still perplexed by anyone coming to that conclusion. Even if OBJ runs a hook/dig the defender is still reading Stafford.
McVay tried to deflect s well this was purely on Stafford just like last week's pass to the right was.

It's my understanding one of the WR's was suppose to run a deeper route to clear that out, that from McVay himself in his presser. That said, that ball should have been thrown away. Still on Stafford IMO

"Miscommunication" is how McVay classified it, but miscommunication or not, as Staff is loading that ball up he HAS to see #36 sitting there and dirt it.

Look at this one from TENN, very similar:

He's "telegraphing" his throws.

When Stafford first goes into his throw, he's assuming the defender goes with OBJ imo. A costly mistake sure, but I wouldn't ever want Stafford to lose his gunslinger mentality. He's just going to have to give up on some plays and not force things.

The pressure is just going to increase for him, but since he's so clutch at end of half's, I'm still not fearing the worst (i.e. giving away games).
