McVay is a really good coach-time to take the next step

The upper management of this team needs to sit him down and get him to agree to an OC who can help him and an aggressive DC who can compliment his style of offense. We have been decimated by asst coach departures so I give him a slight pass on why we have the current regime in place. We have had some really excellent OC talent leave and succeed with other teams and I feel certain we'd be at least 14-3 if Staley had not left with a true SB favorite tag attached to us. Time to find the next Staley and get McVay some help to delegate some play calling or running game coordinator type duties. Can we please throw the ball to the RB's more!

Our upper management are know-nothing fools. You want to know the most embarrassing thing about McVay? Sprinting into the end zone like an 8 year old girl who's Father just came home from work when the Rams score a TD. Talk about embarrassing. I'm embarrassed for him, myself and the Rams Organization.

I agree, that was not a good look. Can't say I see a Belichick or a Tomlin doing that.

I'm much more bothered by McVay's lack of a reaction to our crap defense Morris ran in the last minute than I am about him running down field to celebrate a TD
