Well the Titans do have Bones at the ST coach, so maybe he'll jump ship... I would hire Bones back in a heartbeat right now. and if he's not Ava, I would look at Bobby Boucher Jr at this point. There is only one Bobby and he knows how's to lead and wins.

I don't love this move. Because the Titans have a roomie QB and any rookie will have a hard time adjusting to the NFL speed and much more sophisticated defenses. The owner/ Management should have been more patient.

6 games with a rookie coach is ridiculous. Goff was terrible his first season he gradually got better and better.

Don’t agree. If you know now your HC isn’t the one to groom the most important player in your franchise you pull the plug now n start working on the right HC to be hired as soon as season ends. No point to be tempted in possibly changing your mind over the remainder of the season……..

Goff the situation was different. The organization was already sold on McVay. The HC wasn’t sold on Goff n wanted his guy……..
