Why do we have TWO threads? One for positive comments and one for negative ones? Not a bad idea!

I think we need to give Dotson another week to recover and hope we can get by Carolina on Saturday? We will need just about all hands on deck to beat our next opponent, especially if it ends up being Seattle?

Rams offense needs to get out to quick lead, maybe even elect to get the ball first

we need mistake free ball from Stafford, get a lead and let the defense T off.

apparently Seattle has not allowed a 100 yard rusher in 26 games, insane. If we play them again, time to put an end to that.

let the dual head monsters rack it up, hit our play actions

I think it may be close for a bit but we should be rolling by Q4. Knowing our team, they may try to figure out a way to give us cardio exercises.

Right now there is a possibility of showers in Charlotte on Saturday. That would suck.

Anyone going to the game? About a 4 1/2 hour drive from my house. Decent tickets are $400-$600 range. Cheaper than UGA tickets. ;-)

Am I the only one that sees TWO Wild Card Pre-Game threads? Doesn't take much to confuse me. Which one am I supposed to be commenting on?

like with any team it is going to come down to Stafford. If he is on Rams will blow them out. If not well....we will see

Rams scored 28 points and put up nearly 400 yards with 3 Stafford TO’s. Yes if I recall Carolina was without a couple of DB’s but this isn’t Seattle or Philly’s secondary. Take care of the ball this will be another 30+ points by this offense………

Rams front 7 last game I feel came into the game cocky n we’re reading their press clippings. I don’t see that happening this Saturday. I think they will be back to stopping the run effectively n putting pressure on Young…….

Make no mistake though Carolina will score through the air. We know why. Doesn’t matter who is at CB for us. But as long as we don’t turn it over Carolina won’t score enough to beat us Saturday.

I think it’s safe to say Dotson isn’t going to play this weekend. Let’s hope we can win Saturday and have him going forward?

If memory serves me correctly... Last time they played the Panthers MS had 2 ints. and one a pick 6 and a fumble at the end of the game in Panther territory that prob would have atleast tied the game. Also, the Panthers scored 4 TD's but like I said one was a Pick 6 and 2 of the 3 remaining were TD passes on 4th and short that blind sided the Rams of 40 and 30 yds. Rare to see one but 2 on 4th down? Give credit to the Panthers but that's alot that had to go right for the Panthers to win a 3 point game at home in the Rain and alot that went wrong for the Rams. Revenge time!!! Go Rams!!!

The Rams would probably win 9 of 10 games against this bums.

They were super lucky, Rams defense sucked that day, and Staff had a bad game.
They needed all 3 things to happen at the same time to barely beat us, and I don't see that happen again 1 month later.

I hope McVay runs the ball let's not make this a shootout because then anything can happen it's still a playoff game on the road.

But if the Rams get ousted by this mediocre and unexperienced team, it's a disgrace and a shame

Man, I hope not. I think Kirby is better off staying in college. Although, I wouldn't want to coach in college with NIL. Kirby is one of the best coaches in college football. He could coach pro but not always an easy jump. (I would love to see Falcons defense if he took over.)

Falcons should be going after Lincoln Riley from USC and Bobo (OC from Georgia)....

THIS is a total win to ALL USC and GEORGIA fans.

Dotson’s injury is why depth on the offensive line is so important! Instead, we have more tight ends and running backs than we know what to do with?

McClendon is a depth on the OL. I’d say he has played well…………..

All 4 TE have been a big reason why this team is 12-5…………..

This team has 4 RB’s. 3 dress n play every game. 4 is the norm around the league. One usually doesn’t dress on game day. It’s called that depth. I say they have shown what to do with them………

Every team in league has depth issues on the OL. Go ask Philly n SF………….

We all want Dotson in there. It is a big loss. But as shown earlier in week Dedich is 20th out of 81 guards in run blocking efficiency this year according to PFF. Tells me a hell of a lot of teams have had issues with their guards play. 32 teams and 2 starting guards per team……………

I agree Dotson will be missed bc of how good he is. What team has a player like Dotson as depth? So any replacement is a downgrade. Dedich is a good backup. I have no issue with Dedich as a backup, I am just disappointed that Dotson, one of the best guards in the NFL is out. A horrible back up is DJ Humphries

In regards to Dotson. We should have brought up Wyatt Bowles up from the practice squad sometime during the season. He is much bigger than Dedich and played great during the preseason.
In college, he played both tackle and guard positions. Even played a little defense, although I think that was his freshman year or in high school. He’s a well rounded football player.

Dead on regarding Bowles - kind of roster formation & move that just befuddles me. Dedich is small and overmatched inside vs most interior DL. Very important as we all seem to admit and play around the weak D we trot out there - allowing our NFL best O to try and out score all comers is what we have / and pass pro for MS and running lanes really matter. He has to hold up for the Rams to proceed.
