I will agree the 99 team was blessed with a bit of luck... Playing a last place schedule, Playing 80% of their games home and away indoors. Getting the Top seed in the NFC so they stayed at home and again played in a Dome for the Super Bowl!!! For that team, it was a HUGE advantage!! One game ...

If memory serves me correctly... Last time they played the Panthers MS had 2 ints. and one a pick 6 and a fumble at the end of the game in Panther territory that prob would have atleast tied the game. Also, the Panthers scored 4 TD's but like I said one was a Pick 6 and 2 of the 3 remaining were TD ...
