My game balls go to...
To the CB room. 4 picks, kept JSN from going wild and many other reasons.
I also am going to give Ethan Evans one as well for that last punt. Plus most of his punts really put Seattle into bad starting down and distance. The punts were high enough for fair catches and out of bounds so they couldn't return them considering Seattle is the #1 STs in the league.

I'm Ok with given Evans a GB for that last punt that OB'd at the 1. But he didn't have a great game as you suggest. All 5 of his KO's resulted in TB's to the Hags 35 to start their next drive. He also shanked a punt that went OB on the Hags 37 yard line and only netted 31 yards!malibu wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:48 pm To the CB room. 4 picks, kept JSN from going wild and many other reasons.

Re: My game balls go to...
I referenced his punting which was superb. He shouldn't even be kicking off so you need to give him some slack but he is our punter and his punting was outstanding.Rampager66 wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:57 pmI'm Ok with given Evans a GB for that last punt that OB'd at the 1. Also listening to McVays presser they were very worried about Sheheed, so maybe his KOs were intentional.Rampager66 wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:57 pmI'm Ok with given Evans a GB for that last punt that OB'd at the 1. Our CB's did an impressive job. I've been complaining about them for a while and I still think we need to draft a shutdown corner or two but today was their best game all season. On that note, I think we need to get Lake signed yesterday. He's had a good season and we need to lock him up.

I'm not thrilled with that either....However, I suspect that is by design. I think McV reeled in that squib kick stuff and is saying "Our D is good enough to give it to them at the 35"Rampager66 wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:57 pmAll 5 of his KO's resulted in TB's to the Hags 35 to start their next drive.malibu wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:48 pm To the CB room. 4 picks, kept JSN from going wild and many other reasons.

Makes sense and it does seem like there is a feel of deliberation now that you mention it... The landing zone BS wasn't panning out either.sanbagger wrote: ↑November 17th, 2025, 2:18 amI'm not thrilled with that either....However, I suspect that is by design. I wish they'd just move the KO's back to the 30 and not bother with all the other Mickey Mouse BS.

Re: My game balls go to...
Agree on the CB room and Evans. I'd maybe throw Kyren in there for a 91 yard day and some uncharacteristically long runs. His long was 34 yards and maybe the longest of the season? He also had a 19-yarder called back.malibu wrote: ↑November 16th, 2025, 4:48 pm To the CB room. 4 picks, kept JSN from going wild and many other reasons.
