Donald at LB
Tell you what I’m tired of triple teams. If we play the Niners again I’d put as many big bodies on the line and put Donald at LB. He could run all over the place. All this is crazy thinking, because he doesn’t have the straight speed sideline to sideline. But would be worth a look. I want to smash these guys.

Lol. I’ve heard some whoopers in my time. I would put him at GL full back though.

I think we should blitz the A and B gaps way more frequently, when we did last year Reeder looked like Ray Lewis because teams were doubling AD

Re: Donald at LB
The Chargers had a defensive coordinators back in the eighties named Tom Bass. I remember him saying that he ran a bend but don't break defense because if you made a team take a lot of plays to score, the odds were that they would commit a turnover first. I thought that was a bad idea then and I don't see where it's aged well here either.therealheadslap75 wrote: ↑January 12th, 2022, 6:30 am I think we should blitz the A and B gaps way more frequently, when we did last year Reeder looked like Ray Lewis because teams were doubling AD
