McVay
Found this on the Rams twitter page and thought it would be interesting topic.
This guys raises a very good question and point....

@HoldenCantor
McVay is 12-4 right now and in first place in arguably the toughest division in football with a brand new staff.
Why is nobody mentioning him in COY discussions?

I know it hasn't really crossed MY mind... but when you think about it... the guys got a point.... opinions?

Re: McVay
I think it’s because in his short tenure, people are use to his winning ways. Hell, it seems like every year we have a new coaching staff because everyone pilfers our staff. He gets overlooked. Also, people may think who can’t win with that roster, in which he is mainly responsible for. They forget, in November they were saying you just can’t put big names together and expect them to win…. Now we’re winning!

Re: McVay
Honestly it is a fair question why isn't he. He has brought a winning culture to the team.
Also Snead shouln't be overlooked either. He went after Miller and especially OBJ when we had Woods. He had to juggle the lineups continually and found gems in the draft or UDFAs.
Both GM and HC aways seem to get overlooked.
