Remind me, what happens if we beat the cards and we both tie w the same record at seasons end?

Cards beat us first. So if we beat them next Monday ngt, and we both tie w same records end of season, does it go by points in that game or best division record who wins the division?

I knew this years back, but not sure if it’s changed and I’m old so I can’t remember.
