kicking myself for not betting the second half.


Biggest change from last season I’m noticing right away… last season it took us 5-6 games to start to get our groove going.

Now this season, it’s just taking till the half of each game to gel.

There would be no way I would trade Burrow for JG if I were a Bengal. I would give up Stafford for a healthy Burrow and I would throw in Stetson and or TuTu to sweeten the deal. But honestly that won't happen either as I think the Rams are happy with Stafford and he does look really good right now ...

The last I checked, the run defense looks improved from last year.. Which is what was needed. I see zero reason to disrupt any of that at this point.

Speaking of trades... It came upon me that the 3rd round pick that the Rams got for Ramsey turned out to be Byron Young. It wasn't such a terrible trade after all. That's what happens when you scout and draft correctly.

He certainly looks like a weapon the Rams haven't had. On the other hand, the fact that he's still learning the playbook rather than the nuances of his craft at this point indicates that he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. But once he totally gets it, he will be fun to watch.

Williams from the start didn't fit the Rams philosophy of We not Me. That's how I see it. All Ego right there. He was gonna get paid, what matter does it make in this case if he started at LG for what amounted to a couple of seasons? So, the 9ers got him and is one way mind. Fine by me.

It seems to me that both defenses showed up today. McVay usually has the answers the 2nd time around. So personally, I think the Rams just won the division today.

They haven't gotten there yet, obviously. But I can see 5-2 the rest of the way as very do'able.

I know this may upset a lot of people on here but the way I see it they are no big losses. Neither player has played well this season and both are way past their prime. I for one hope they both ride off into the sunset.

I'm happy for all they have both given but it's time to move on.

While I realize any given Sunday, the way that Carolina is struggling offensively against a half depleted 49ers defense suggests that the Rams won't have much trouble maintaining that #1 status.

Forbes has improved from THE WORST CB in the league per PFF (111th) to 25th. At his current improvement rate he will be top 10 in PFF in 2-3 games. Regardless if you like PFF or not the improvement is obvious and I am very happy for the guy. Coaching is as important as talent.
