Black/Minority coaches have a legit grievance. I don't think everything isn't about race BUT there is no doubt seems to be a shorter leash on minority coaches.

I'm not saying the Dolphins are racist or anything like that but I think it comes down idea in your mind about what a good head coach looks and acts like and in that idea minority coaches can fall short.
