Televised Tuesday night football must be extremely rare, I can only remember one case. Last year an Eagles/Vikes game was moved to Tuesday because of a snowstorm.

You need to get out more...can't use buckshot on hawks. Need a turkey load...4 shot or 6 shot. ;-)

I lived in El Centro for 58 years. Beautiful winters but hot as hell in the summer. Thankfully San Diego was just a 2 hr drive away to escape the heat. It wouldn’t rain all summer but always seemed to rain the last week of August scattering the Doves and creating hot and humid days for Dove hunting season open on September 1. We would get our limit in the morning and then drink beer all day long before going to Camacho’s for some great Mexican food. Good times. A lot different from the PNW where I live now.

Looks like a lot of fun. Next time you are down there try Sobe’s. It is run by a former employee of Camachos and they have the same menu. It’s bigger and a little more modern than the original Camacho’s . It’s in town off 4th street. I really miss the Mexican food down there. They have items that you just can’t find anywhere else. Special Quesadilla’s are unique to the Imperial Valley.DMRamFan wrote: ↑December 22nd, 2021, 1:34 pmWe had a good haul in Sep... (Comachos is by far the most authentic and best mex spot down there).Raminec wrote: ↑December 22nd, 2021, 12:43 pm I lived in El Centro for 58 years. Beautiful winters but hot as hell in the summer. Another place I really enjoyed was Burgers & Beer. Great place to watch games.
