Re: Rams @ 49ers Game Thread
Niners got smart, massive pressure campaign on Staff.
This game ain’t over by any measure.
Rams just can’t seem to put many teams away. Foot off of gas. Soft defense. Timid O play calling…
Just letting Niners come down field again.

They stopped them.
The D holding the niners to 7 points at the half isnt a bad thing. It's a good thing.

So we win the half by 14 points. We were behind the 1st meeting... 9ers get it 1st, 2nd half...

The dline needs to step up not enough pressure. the punchout fumble only reason this is not close right now

Really good half by the Rams on both sides of the ball. Just need to buckle down, adjust to what the niners adjusted to, control the game and finish it.

Re: Rams @ 49ers Game Thread
The dink and dunk the 9ers employ doesn't always give the D-Line enough time to get there. The cover guys need to take away the short stuff and make Jones throw deeper passes and create more time for the line to get to the QB.Ncromwell21 wrote: ↑November 9th, 2025, 2:54 pm The dline needs to step up not enough pressure. the punchout fumble only reason this is not close right now
The 9ers are getting a ton of YAC yards. often, more YAC then Net yards!

Re: Rams @ 49ers Game Thread
Normally I would agree w you… but after decades of playing this team, it’s more about momentum swings…
Rams have had this problem w Niners for years… come out and play well, go up by 3 scores… then boom… let Niners right back in it. Mental mistakes and soft calls.
IMO, we need to come out SUPER aggressive in second half. Sean and Shula need to not let up. Keep being aggressive and for goodness sakes, keep our ST off the damn field. Rams ST unit is our kryptonite.

Yes but the Rams stopped them to slow the niners momentum going into the half.DelMar wrote: ↑November 9th, 2025, 3:01 pmNormally I would agree w you… but after decades of playing this team, it’s more about momentum swings…

If Niners got a fg there, I would agree

But I guess I’m so ‘gun shy’ w this team… I am overall cautious…

Re: Rams @ 49ers Game Thread
I get it Im worried too. I feel your stress, the rams D needs to get another stop after the half, and Rams O needs to get more points in the board.
No lead is safe with the niners

I doubt the 9ers are at all pleased with the way the half went. I know I am. We're up 2 TD's and we've been a 2nd half team all year!

Now you can see why I’m the way I am. Niners just cruising down the field about to be one score away.Cornell29 wrote: ↑November 9th, 2025, 3:02 pmYes but the Rams stopped them to slow the niners momentum going into the half.DelMar wrote: ↑November 9th, 2025, 3:01 pm

Re: Rams @ 49ers Game Thread
We get beat by 8 yard passes. Period. Cannot defend. Moves the chains. We just need to score with long drives. And zero punts/turnovers.
