LaFleur?
I don’t think Shula’s going anywhere because he just doesn’t have the resume yet and nepotism won’t be enough. However, I am concerned that Mike LaFleur will be tapped by one of these coachless teams in need of an offensive identity. This would fit the pattern of Rams OC’s since McVay began nine years ago with Matt LaFleur, who made a lateral change to work independently from McVay and then became the Green Bay HC.

Re: LaFleur?
If a few more HC jobs become available then IMO Lafleur will be gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up in LV…………….

Re: LaFleur?
Rams did finish with the top scoring offense and he coaches under Mcvay.
Recent success by Liam Cohen - Jags (another coach under Mcvay tree), helps as well. Also good name recognition with his brother in GB
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a HC job as early as 2026.

Re: LaFleur?
Rams have the highest scoring offense in the NFL. Special Teams and the D isn't Lafleur fault. He is blameless when it comes to ST and D.therealheadslap75 wrote: ↑January 5th, 2026, 10:53 am well we are the 5th best team in the NFC so there are a few OCs who did better
