State of the League...
Dallas, Detroit and K.C. all coming back yesterday to prevail.... The Cowboys and Chiefs trip me out, they are both literally two different teams... We all know anything can happen when you have Patrick Mahomes as your QB, so I expect them to slip in the playoffs... Dallas, I have no clue. Who the hell knows what teams show up next week...
To me, it's all about THREE things... that is health, continuity and consistency... and this is where our Rams come in... they literally improve every game. And the best part is, if one group isn't doing well, like our offense last game, then our D picked up. OR when your ST's falls flat, our Offense picks up the slack, OR when our Defense is a bit off, ST or Offense picks things up.
The Rams are amazing at this. When one group is faltering, other groups reach down and pick up the slack. and to me, when you have consistently, continually and health... NOTHING can stop you...
So, right now... Rams are the most complete team in the league. Health wise, we're fine... and the continueaty and consistency is off the charts. BUT, one thing McVay said yesterday that has stuck w me all ngt, when he was asked about where we are now, he said 'Who was ranked first last season after week 12?" No one in the press replies ... "Sean says 'EITHER DO I".... so who the hell cares about where we are now, it's what is still needed to be done.... VERY WISE words by coach here.
IMO, Job is FAR from over, lots of work to be done... but right now, we can revel in the success, but you are literally only as good as your last game. So, onto Carolina... early game, tough game... but we got this.
GO RAMS

Rams have been very fortunate so far this year with injuries. the NFL is so violent any team's possibility of winning it all can change in a play.

When you get this far into a season you know exactly what type of team you have. Rams? Strong SB contenders. This is all about health the last 6 weeks. Have it this team has a damn good chance…………………

Havs? No not in pass protection. McClendon is a better pass blocker………….
Higbee? Not sure. That is a McVay question. Did his 13 personal suffer a bit without him? Certainly Ferguson did not do much in the past game last night………..
Lake? Maybe not last night but he will be missed. He was arguably this team’s best DB and was having a pro bowl year………..

Re: State of the League...
I think that they missed having four TE. They still ran 13 at times, including the first Adams TD, during which all three TE were on the left side, but there were situations in which, say, Higbee’s skills might have been more effective than Ferguson’s, especially with blocking. It is also interesting that Ferguson wasn’t an offensive weapon last night.

I doubt we see Higbee and Havs again.
