We just can't stand pat. We all can feel it deep inside ourselves. Karty is going to cost us a playoff game. We should be 8-0 if it wasn't for him. It would be one thing if he was missing 55+ yard FG's. He's not - he's missing chip shots. If he can't make the easy FG's how are we going to trust him to make a 50 yard FG when we need him most? It's time to make a move...

Gay was originally cut by Tampa for missing kicks then the Rams signed him and ge became pro bowl worthy. I'm not saying Karty is a long term guy. But I'm willing to give him some time to get out of the slump. Albiet he needs to fix it rather soon.

Hey I’ve been in Karty’s corner. But hasn’t that ended after his first miss on the PAT yesterday ? That was a really bad kick. And you can see he has lost confidence. He is thinking on every kick n hesitating instead of just kicking the ball.

He is like a pitcher aiming the ball instead of just throwing/kicking………

All I am saying is its trade deadline tomorrow, we need to add a veteran guy off a bad team for a 6 or 7 pick. There is way to much at stake to wait Karty out. I'm not saying cut him either, but adding another kicker would get his attention. As of now if he misses he misses, no competition for him to worry about. At this point if he makes the kick its a surprise not if he misses. It will affect McVay on 4th down calls , it will cost us another game sooner rather than later.

My bet is they would have to cut him. I doubt they carry 2 kickers…………….

JMO but I think his misses have got him more than worry. The kid is from Stanford. He more than gets what his misses mean on a 6-2 team with SB aspirations………..

A 7th round pick would not be enough. I say a 4th or 5th , but I would STILL do it , if that was the price. We NEED a kicker.
