Yes. I don't think his drug issue happened until after the NFL. Does he still live in a van down by Huntington beach?
I can confirm that Todd is my neighbor..and his Van is the VW bus with all the broken windows and smoke billowing out of it. But now he's joined us down by the river..He mentioned that HB was to uppity for him..and said his pit bull was always fighting with those upscale poodles with the funny haircuts that were usually walking around in HB. 😥
Correction.... Van down by 'the back bay'

😂

We're not talking about someone with any real talent here..he's a lousy color commentator hell even if he was Tom Brady or Kurt Warner they couldn't survive this little stunt!..I'm pretty sure when this is all sorted out Fox will wash their hands as fast as possible in regards to his employment hell they probably already have..our little Butt Fumble of a QB better lawyer up right quick..because he's going to need a really good one. He's toast!
Get ready, little lady. Hell is coming to breakfast.

Once I saw how serious the injuries to the victim was, I was pretty sure the charges would be upgraded to felonies.
And no, duanevalle22 Fox is conservative. Unlike the leftist idiots who wait until some POS thug has been arrested with 35 prior felonies and someone gets killed, conservatives generally hold people accountable. While those on the left cheer for the criminals.

Mark Sanchez now facing up to 6 years in prison after stabbing incident.

Wait… there’s more Glendora…. Mark is toast!!!

Perry Tole, 69, filed a lawsuit against Sanchez, 38, and his employer, Fox Sports, for punitive and compensatory of damages following the alleged violent attack in an Indianapolis alleyway at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

And more…
In Indiana, the sentence for felony elder abuse depends on the specific felony offense, but can include a fixed term of imprisonment between two and twelve years, an advisory sentence of six years, and fines of up to $10,000, as specified for a Level 4 felony under state law. More severe acts, such as those causing significant injury or death, are more likely to be charged as felonies with longer prison terms.

Has he ever had any other serious legal issues? If not, it’s hard for me to believe that he will do so much time in jail. he will probably reach some kind of plea sgreement and rehab. Won’t he?

As far as his career goes, I agree with you. Fox will probably can him.

He was arrested while at USC for sexual assault, suspended from SC. Charges were eventually dropped. Probably a big payoff to his accuser.
Legally, Nothing ever came of it.

Now if Sanchez beat the crap out of that dude in the announcers booth than ya.

A judge will laugh that one out of court.
Not so fast, a good civil attorney would argue he was there, in Indianapolis on behalf of Fox Sports.
In a civil case, a judge is fairly restricted from not allowing all allegations and evidence to be heard.

Stop with the anti white nonsense. I have seen several posts when you bring up race.
That’s not going to be tolerated going forward.

Honest question, Duane... Why do you just keep going?

Have you ever thought about just maybe posting a post, but then letting sit for a while? Like would it kill you not to press 'send' and spam our board w constant drivel? Especially when you make no sense. You have no idea who is liable. NONE.

Were you there? Do you know the entire story? Do you work in the guys law office? Do you know and understand how the law works in this city, county and state?

Do you even know how litigation works in this case? First off, he was there on BUSINESS and FOX could be brought in, pending things NONE of us know. None the less, Sanchez now will waste prob all of his finances for a good law firm just to rep him.

Honestly, go back and read ALL your post in this thread, alone. Then, just maybe look with in, and think... "wow, I have no idea what I am talking about.. I just want to feel special and post stuff, just to post stuff. Maybe i'll throw in some race baiting crap, w a sprinkle of complete nonesense".

Man, you and this DVA posters are something... dudes like you wreck honest conversation's and the continuity of a forum.

Please stop. This is why no one is replying to you really.

Mike Tyson did time for an offense in Indy. However, Indy is very racially diverse, its a big city.

Given how much damage the guy took, I think Sanchez only way out of jail is a big payoff and the guy refusing to testify.

Stranger things have happened even when stuff is on video tape. It took over 3 weeks for Raja Jackson to be charged with anything. And Ray Rice literally drug his unconscious wife out of an elevator and he got nothing.

The toxicology will tell the story. Sanchez had to have been on something. If he was only drunk, I don’t know how it could even escalate to this.

His career is over. He can’t even claim self defense since the victim is almost 70 and they have it on video.

Why isn't this ridiculous ideological stuff in the 'Off-Topic' section?

Shouldn't you be the one person setting the example of keeping political blathering away from Rams-related (or even generally NFL-rated) discussion?

Whether or not conservatives support lawbreakers, that's clearly an issue for an 'Off-Topic' debate... 8-) :!:
