Other Teams
The Browns.. After naming the ultimate journeyman QB, Joe Flacco at their starter... they then have OL guys playing like this. I mean, could you imagine being a Browns fan. Puppy pound probably int happy.

Re: Other Teams
Flacco as a starter won't last long....I think Sanders has a shot as the starter around week 10

Week 10? More like by week 3 imo... and then Sanders will come in and prob be worse. Browns are eternally jinxed.

Re: Other Teams
Imagine being a QB and being drafted or traded to a team like the Browns. Where there are 3-4 other QB’s and your team still has 40 years of suck. No hope.
Have you ever been to Cleveland? My goodness, nothing there. Such an awful place to reside.

Re: Other Teams
Yes. They have a decent casino and that is about it. Cleveland’s position will determine if Manning declares for draft or not.

Also, 12 head coaches since 2000.
So basically, Cleveland is literally where players/coaches go to die.

Re: Other Teams
In all honesty I would of liked to seen the Rams draft Sanders. We gave up a 4th next year and a 6th to move up to get Hamilton at 148. Sanders went 144. A trade for Sanders I would of liked compared to the Hamilton trade...
Hopefully Cleveland will put on the practice squad. He'd last about 1 minute but if he was there I'd drop Bennett and pick Sanders in a NY minute...

Judge our new coach in his third year. After all our last coach was to game strategy what Yoko Ono was to the Beatles...

Re: Other Teams
could not disagree with you more. Sure he is accurate for sure but Sanders is an immature clown. The QB has to be the leader on the team and no way in hell would I want him on the Rams. I think Pickett will be first off the bench, then towards the end they will throw Sanders out there

He wants to repair the damage done at draft time and refusing to enter the game would be career suicide...I don't really see that happening

Let me get this right. You'll give up a draft pick for a QB who isn't about shit and most likely won't be about shit over a QB who's been developing at the NFL level even tho both QBs most likely won't be starters? Blitz, is that you?crazy-legs wrote: ↑August 19th, 2025, 9:11 pm In all honesty I would of liked to seen the Rams draft Sanders. Re: Other Teams
You are so right about that. But Cleveland would be dumb enough to draft him anyway. Just like Tampa Bay in 1986 with Bo Jackson

Re: Other Teams
I still remember that in 1986. That is still crazy to think about. And what a wise decision it was for Bo to do what he did. Screw the Bucs he said. I could see Arch doing the same thing. Does Arch play baseball though

No baseball. However, he was a high school basketball standout for Newman High School. I believe he won a state championship.

Re: Other Teams
the back story is ever crazier. the Bucs owner purposely asked Bo to fly out on his jet to meet them. Without knowing that if he did get on the plane it would violate NCAA rules against Bo because he still was looking forward to his Senior yr of baseball at Auburn. Guess what he got on that plan and he was banned from playing his last yr of baseball. He never forgot that

Look it - Sanders completion % last year was 74%. Over 4,000 yards and 37 TD's. His lowest completion % was 66% his freshman season. He has the desire to be a star and he's going to put the work in IMO. We'll see how it pans out. I'm not saying he's the next coming of Brady. But I would of drafted him in round 5. The stats\plays he put up his 4 years are pretty impressive considering where he was playing. I would of loved to see him at Florida. He would of been a major upgrade over Richardson...

Re: Other Teams
I could throw for 74% completion at Colorado. Yes, he had good college numbers but they do not always translate to pros. He could be good, he could never start an NFL game. I wouldn't bet the farm on Sanders quite yet. Everyone said Richardson would struggle in the pros due to his lack of experience. He could also get better. I agree I would probably put Sanders ceiling just above Richardson's ceiling...but his attitude will always drop him a few spots. Nobody wants that in their locker room.crazy-legs wrote: ↑August 20th, 2025, 8:05 pmSanders will do more in the NFL than Bennett will ever do...FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑August 20th, 2025, 5:11 am

As far as Sanders doing more than Bennett will ever do...possible. I don't think we have seen enough from either one yet. If we want to compare college pedigrees Bennett has two Natty's. Bennett is at least a winner and has fought through more than Sanders was given. (I don't think college pedigrees are valid at this point.) Happy to revisit this topic next year.

I wouldn’t view that as “cheerleading”. I would view it as crazy stating some stats that Sanders produced in college and after that just giving an overall opinion……….

Re: Other Teams
totally agree. He is accurate I agree with that and his OL was terrible. I think he is better prospect than AR. My issue with Sanders is his immaturity and the fact that his daddy isn't there to excuse all his nonsense. He will play this year and if the Browns start out 1-3 I think all 4 of these guys will play at some point. IMO Sanders doesn't have the maturity to be a pro and he will slip up this yr with his mouth or actions off the field.Bulldawg wrote: ↑August 21st, 2025, 6:54 amI could throw for 74% completion at Colorado.
