It's ESPN. They prefer Black athletes.... IMO, Lamar is the only Black QB worthy of a top 10 ranking..

EX-ACTLY. Just like Rush Limbaugh said, "desirous."

Do it on merit, man!!!!

Stroud got anointed, then dropped back.

Wouldn't be surprised if the "GREAT" Jayden Daniels has a step-back season....or 2...or 3....

Give me Drake Maye RIGHT NOW over Daniels and Caleb for the entirety of their careers.
IMO bro it's all redistribution of the wealth.
Before Stafford just signed for 40M, Patrick Mahomes and Matt Stafford were tied for 13th in highest QB salary, at 45M a year. The only other QB with a ring besides them on that list is Hurts, who's Defense and running game just won him his. Of the 12 QB's that make more, 8 of them are Black and have won nothing except accolades from the DEI media... . Dak at No.1 makes 60 M FFS. Ridiculous.. Re-distribution of the wealth PERIOD.

And I'd drop him a little lower because he hasn't won jack. I personally think Lamar is a little overrated. That's a good team and he has failed to get the Ravens to the SB.

Mahomes
Allen
Stafford
Bunch of QB's before Lamar

Im not with ya there Brother, I still got Lamar in that exalted Top 4.
My top 10:
1. Mahomes
2. Allen
3. Burrow
4. Lamar
5. Hurts
6. Stafford
7. Daniels
8. Goff
9. Stroud
10. Herbert

Got Purdy at 11
I think most people would agree on Mahomes and Allen at 1 and 2 but then it gets murky. Stafford and Hurts have been there and won a SB so those would probably be my top 4. Burrow 5 and maybe Lamar 6. Goff puts up big stats but I want to see him more clutch in the playoffs. They had the Niners on the ropes a few years ago but the offense only scored 1 TD in the 2nd half. Goff only 1 TD and 3 INT in the loss to Washington last year. I still like him if the Rams aren't in it.

It will be fun to watch the young guys including those not mentioned like Nix and Denver.

easy Brooklyn with the Drake Maye comment. Will be fun to watch this year to see what Daniels does but you could argue he had the greatest rookie QB season ever. He was that good. I do think Caleb could be a bust. With the roster Chicago has this year he better step up

Would change Daniels and Hurts around and would be about right or me...

The thing about this list that pops out is that we could have had Baker Mayfield... hindsight i guess.
