Re: Rams Re-Sign CB Derion Kendrick
Now I see what they did... cut him, get rid of the old contract and get him for much cheaper. Wonder what the new deal will look like. I still do not like him w us, but could be ok for back up roll.
Simply put, there is a reason why we could cut him, then sign him for much less.
The Rams saved $3.4 million in cap space by releasing Kendrick, so it’s likely they’ve brought him back on a much cheaper deal than the one he was set to play on in 2025. The terms of his new contract have not been released yet.

For whatever reason the coaches seem to like the guy. All I remember was him either getting burned or committing a penalty to avoid getting burned. Maybe he'll be better with a whole season to watch from the sidelines?

Of course you see this as a negative. Your wife must hate being around you. I bet everyone you deal with hates being around you. Always negative. All the time. Someone can say they're a billionaire and you'll bitch about it. If you don't like anything they do, why post here? You don't contribute to anything other than bitching.

I think it is more like his wife wears the pants in the family, and he comes here out of frustration!FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑June 22nd, 2025, 7:51 amOf course you see this as a negative. Re: Rams Re-Sign CB Derion Kendrick
So why would they want to bring back a DB who depreciated in value by over 2M$ in 1 year? Other then familiarity with the scheme....

You said it, because he's familiar w the schemes. Maybe he's good at helping out others players and also keeping the water and gatorade topped off.Rampager66 wrote: ↑July 2nd, 2025, 8:32 pm So why would they want to bring back a DB who depreciated in value by over 2M$ in 1 year? I remain Skeptical of the D, most notably, the Secondary.

Me too, secondary and some of our OL spots is def our weakest links... but something in me thinks, we will plug the holes. I just dont see McVay or Shula allowing these spots kill our season... I think we will know pretty quickly in the season if these spots are that bad.Rampager66 wrote: ↑July 3rd, 2025, 11:16 amI guess they see something in him and are hopin he takes a step forward with his game. :|

I will tell you this though R66.. I am very extremely optimistic w this coming season. We were a play away from being in the SB last season, ONE PLAY away... and this is after a 1-4 start to boot... and we only improved over the off season.
2025 Rams... all the way (again) baby!
Happy 4th bro. God Bless America

Yes I would agree and share that Optimism.. As long as they can avoid/limit the injury bug, I think they'll Contend for it all.DelMar wrote: ↑July 3rd, 2025, 11:32 am

You Angelino's are a spoiled lot these days.
Dodgers - defending WS Champs and currently 1st overall, just over half way thru the season.
LA Kings - finished 6th overall in the regular season, 2nd overall in Goals Against and are a top 5 favorite for the coming season
LAFC - Defending Western Conference and MLS Champions and are among the top teams again this year
Lakers - Just brought in Luka Doncic and are considered a contender with him, Lebron and company.
Clippers - Always in the Playoffs, finished 9th overall last year, 5th the year before.
Rams - Having one of the greatest runs of success under McSnead in franchise history and are a top 5 SB Favorite.
Chargers - Playoffs 2 of the last 3 years, 11-6 last year and a perennial AFC Playoff team under Hebert.
Happy 4th to you and yours too bro!
