CAM AKERS...Running violently?

Was it just me or was Akers running violently last night and delivering blows to the AZ defense?

He seems faster IMO or maybe it's just that we have not seen that kind of suddeness out of our backs this year.

Whatever it is, I'd like to see more.

I know absolutely nothing about injuries and their severity. However, Akers playing at this level after an Achilles injury boggles my mind. Talk about dedication to your craft and total driven motivation to get back is an incredible example of desire.

I heard on the game broadcast that his surgeon described achilles surgery as being like attaching 2 mop heads back together!

For Akers to be back so quick, with such burst is borderline unbelievable. What a great addition to the team at a great time.
