LA is a terrible sports town for every team except the Dodgers and sometimes Lakers.

Rams will never have a huge home field advantage there.

Rams when they were bad would have lot of opposing fans invade STL, but when they were good it was one of the top HFA’s in the league due to the noise

In my opinion the 49'ers exploit those weaknesses more than any other team. I go back to 1957. Fans sort of starting becoming cynical in the late seventies. The big game loses made people cynical. This is nothing new. H*** laughing they are the same team as last year when the seats were empty. You are correct the fans have nothing to do with it.

Separate field from stands. This was a 12-4 team, that has been back for 6 years now, that was no where to be found in SoFI………

A 9-7 team, that has had a losing record the previous 3 out of 4 years took the time to buy tickets, travel, and show up to support.

In comparison the home fan base who has had 5 straight winning seasons, playing their biggest rival, and playing for a division title was who knows where………..
