No disrespect to the man who has been largely responsible for helping turn this team around but are we better of as team if he retires after this season? I believe it would free up a lot of cap.

I think he will retire if the Rams win it all.
If not, he'll come back next year for what I believe will probably be the last shot for this edition of the team to get it done.
