went back and watched a lot of both games vs the Whiners and the conclusion I drew was not that they are so physical, tough and violent but that they out leveraged us. Now mind you we did miss a ton of tackles.
But on many of their best plays they had more blockers than we had defenders in the specific part of the field they were executing the play, in addition they had big uglies on our cb's and safeties

Morris needs to scheme better, Im advocating 3 lbers and a safety in the box most of the time, why sweat the deep ball we are not playing a deep ball qb

19 in the last game to SF - season high. That was the single biggest factor toward the loss. With some average tackling, Rams likely continue the blow-out. I believe I saw that improved tackling last week in TB.

Unless the coaches change the structure of the Defense I don't see how we can stop the niner offense. Two high safeties doesn't make sense in this type of game on running downs. Going to have to pack the box with at least 8 defenders otherwise the niners will force DB's like Williams to make tackles and that is not in the Rams favor. If they play with the same light box approach it's going to be a long day watching it.
