RAMS D Must Show PATIENCE Too

I expect the Rams to be fired up but not so much that it’s an all out jailbreak with run blitzes and pass rush leaving lanes for Mitchell and Samuel to take advantage.
49ers have been very good with draws, screens, jet sweeps and our style leaves lanes open if we simply pin our ears back from the jump. Rams must be disciplined to stop the run. SF will never give up on that but once Jimmy G has to pass we need to rush 4 and play aggressive in the back 7. I’m hoping E. Jones, SJD, and Rapp can contribute. Can’t wait!

I am hoping Rapp doesn't play . Our secondary has been much better without him .

Feels like Rapp won't play. Saying "still in concussion" is just a way to save face. That's good. He stinks. Reeder stinks. Hope we can rotate TH and EJ in there. But yeah, we should focus on stopping the RUN, which means no all out blitz. I like the way Von plays his position- he will drop back and anticipate the run, screens. Load the box I say and have JR spot Deebo.

Not your comment Brasil but wow, all the hate for Rapp on this thread. lol. I just meant if Weddle or Scott gets dinged but what I don't get is E. Jones subbing in. He was tearing it up. If he's not 100% I'm not sure it helps. As for Reeder missing the tackle on Fournette I'm not sure he ever had the angle. It looked like it was a dive and all ankles. No one is stopping him that way and yeah, he didn't get any help did he? It would be great just to have Jones out there. Nose for the ball.
BTW, Kittle is flapping his jaws about the "body bag" comments again. It seems some Rams started rubbing it in at 17-3 and Kittle had some fun in a press conference today. Forget the body bag treatment. What Lewis did to Gronk in game #1 will do.
