Been wondering that too obviously. The kick that would have put us up by three scores late was a few feet short, so...

And yes he was clearly offsides and no flag that I saw - can you imagine if he would have blocked the kick? It looked close, and I don't believe it's reviewable, yikes...

So, lets see....
Guy off sides , they don't call it. He misses kick.

What part of, " the nfl wanted it that way" do you not understand?
All part of the show

I'm thinking they simply didn't throw the flag because the kick was good? And they didn't want to spoil the drama of it? Otherwise, had Gay missed and there was no Offsides call we would have been APOPLECTIC!!!
Agree I was wondering that too...but still no flag was concerning, esp at that point of the game wherein all Rams fans were having heart attacks already.

I'm serious. I would really love official word from the league on this. Unacceptable

I bust out laughing reading the title. I'm sorry. I hope he's ok. They said his knee buckled.

I’ve never seen an NFL kicker come up short on a 47 yarder in perfect weather so I’d say something must be very wrong with him. But thing is I thought his kickoffs were fine so I don’t know what happened on that kick.

Again, one of the many bizarre plays in that game to keep it close enough for TB to come back

They will ignore it. Only happy talk allowed this time of year in Mr. Roger's neighborhood.

I think they substituted Brady's deflated ball on that 47 yard FG miss. By the way, I was already cheering it was good and then WTF it's short? Huh!!
