I don't know if I am the only one reading that the rams might be close to signing AB. Nothing saying it's a done deal but god I sure hope it's just all rumors.

He's not even able to physically play right now. Why would they sign him?

Ok - leaving aside the drama and his injury status - if they did sign him - who would sit down on the depth chart to make room for him? Maybe Skorwonek? Would AB accept being 4th/5th on depth chart? Or do they sign him as insurance against injury (or is there an injury to WR corps we don't know about)?

On the surface at least that move would make no sense...

I read that SJD might be coming back from IR - maybe that's the buzz?

If not - is there anyone on the waiver wire that peaks interest?

It takes a player weeks to get acclimated to just an average playbook... McVay's is far from normal. Whats is the point in doing this less than a week before our 1st playoff game. ?
He might even not be serviceable in a SB game IF we even get that far.

Totally agree. Would shake my fandom in the rams. And would be a huge mistake.

It is SB or bust. Based off the board, many are already expecting the worse and lost interest in this season.

Rock bottom for some here was losing to the niners twice. Not sure they can go any lower.

With that said, I doubt its Brown

After watching the Rams collapse against the 49er's...I'm not sure that there are any mistakes left to be had. That's the way I FEEL, anyway. :(

I think we are picking up Earl Thomas.

He was cut by the ravens for conduct but was still playing at a good level. The maximum games he will play here is 4 so I doubt he can hurt the locker room as it will be the honeymoon phase.

I was thinking Earl, but what type of shape is he in? He hasn't played for two years.

Rams is about to start Scott and possibly Rapp/ Burgess ( the guy who couldnt beat out Rapp or Scott) at safety.

You are 18 weeks into your season. If the players you deemed as back up to the starters months ago now warrant you to go get someone off the streets then the question has to be asked what the hell have you been doing…….

I’m more comfortable with Scott n Burgess. It won’t matter who is back there anyways if they can’t get to Murray……….

HELL NO! I was ok with OBJ but Brown is a freaking loon. He’s all me not we and I don’t see that working out well for us. He is like a little child with all his stupid tantrums.

Now we know it's Weddle and not AB....IMO whew.....as others have stated it would take time for him to learn the playbook so basically his route tree would have been run that way fast....and Staff can't throw it past the receivers he has now.
