I've been watching the press conferences on this from the 49ers, it is such a load of BS smoke screen. They have Jimmy G in front of the press saying, oh my hand really hurts, I can't throw right...what a load of crap. This is all just to keep the Rams guessing. I predict Jimmy G will be the QB. Our D would crush Lance. Way too much of a rookie to face the Rams. Who do the 49ers think they are fooling? You ever heard a QB moan about how bad his throwing hand is before a big game? The 49ers have our number, but if nothing else we have the odds on our side. The odds just go way down on beating the same team 6 times in a row. Nothing lasts forever, not even in football. I saw Shanahan talking before the press. What an arrogant prick. He said he is not going to say who the QB is until kick off time. I hope we give them a beat down.

In my mind there is no doubt Jimmy G is playin....Rams aren't fallin for that nonsense

I think that the 9ers are in reality, more worried about us then some of Ram Nation are about them....

all signals point to Grappy. as for "smoking them"...maybe you're telling yourself that to feel better about what's coming, but if you actually believe it, you haven't followed tthese teams for long.

"Faith" is not what coaches tell players to hang their hat on when they take the field. Xs and Os are what wins games. Our Xs and Os have fallen WAY short when we face really physical teams. The reality that the track record goes back 3 seasons vs the 9rs only makes that fact even more stark.

Take a look at their meeting 2 years ago in SF that the 9ers won 34-31...
The Rams led in everything except the scoreboard. won the TO battle, TOP, Total Yards and Goff severely outplayed Garapalo...
WE lost because the D couldn't make any stops when it counted....
Then the 2nd game last year after we came back from 2 TD's down to take the lead, (where's the physical dominance there????) we lost because we let NIck Mullins drive for 2 FG's late in the game... playing stinking prevent. Both these games were lost the same way...
There was NO x's and O's and one team more physical then the other. 1 team made plays with the game on the line and the other didn't.
If you can't see that this Rams team is much better and is better prepared for them, and that includes the 1st meeting this year as well as the teams from 19 and 20... have tons of motivation.. then all I can suggest is perhaps you should bet on the 9ers then... I like the Rams by 10+

With 8 minutes to go in the game the Rams had the lead 20-17 and the 9ers had 240 yards of total Offense. They ended up outgaining us because...
They drove twice for FG's totaling 105 yards after that point... prevent plain and simple..
Embarrassing loss absolutely...
