Put all this BS to rest and straight Molly whop that azz from the opening kickoff to the final whistle. I wouldnt care if it's 38 - 0 at the end of the game and Rams on the one yard line...punch that s h I t in for another TD. Sometimes you have to put your foot down and show a team like the 49ers who's really better. Even 49er players are getting arrogant about this 5 in a row crap. This mess must end in an absolute embarrassing way for the 49ers, especially if the Saints have already beat the Falcons when we play. What a payback would that be to send there ass home for the season.
Let's go Rams!!

I am so on board with this-that would shut down the brain control/mind control Shanahan has over McVay as well........

Ok I get what you all continue to say. But if you can all just take a second and actually look at the two teams………….
Rams have a serious match up issue with Kittle. Outside of Ramsey there is no one in that secondary who can cover him and a zone coverage well he will continue to eat that alive………..
Put Ramsey on him then you have arguably Williams on Samuel which is a big advantage to Niners. Aiyuk is then on the 3rd DB which again is advantage Niners…………
Matchups, this matchup against Kittle, is one heck of a big key to Sunday after we get past “ how the street fight is going”……………….

Agreed. Ramsey on Kittle is the key to our victory. Then its up to the pass rush to confuse their rookie QB who will probably start.

I disagree
Williams can cover kittle....problem is Morris is not gonna play man with his best 2 corners...he just recently started to let Ramsey play man.
If they ley Williams play man on Kittle and Ramsey on Deebo...I think that would solve our issues...I do think Kittle would need to be chipped by the linebacker to give him a little help.

Well I hope you are correct but nothing I’ve seen says Williams is physical enough to cover Kittle………….
We saw the issues we had last Sunday with Andrews…………….
The player physical enough is Rapp. Unfortunately he can’t cover a TE with a walker let alone Kittle…………….

We know now Morris is put Ramsey one on one now, we just don't know who it will be.
Williams is not nearly as physical as Kittle and in that respect Ramsey is a better match up....but if they chip Kittle then let Williams take over that gives just that much more time and kittle isn't looking to body up he's tryin to get back to his route for the timing.
Will be interesting with this part of the game within the game.
End of day....I think Williams will be in zone and only Ramsey will be one on one and he will bounce from Deebo to Kittle depending on what the offense is doing and who is in the game.

Yes, Rapp probably cant handle covering Kittle but as long we have him showing Williams/Ramsey where to line up before the play, we should be fine.

Niners are smiling if 80% of the Rams secondary plays zone……………

DW isn't a good matchup against Kittle. We seen it last year. DW was playing the safety spot, not only did Kittle catch it on DW, he broke the tackle and went down the field.
4th & 2 at LAR 44
(14:14 - 2nd) (Shotgun) J.Garoppolo pass short middle to G.Kittle for 44 yards, TOUCHDOWN [S.Joseph]. caught at 33, 33 YACR.Gould extra point is GOOD, Center-T.Pepper, Holder-M.Wishnowsky.
I'm fine with doing it a few times but rather Ramsey or Fuller. I need someone big enough to bring Kittle down if he catches it. With that said, Deebo will be a problem too. Rams will need Howard to show what he got as a coverage LB.

Kittle will make a few plays but i feel like as long as we don't get dominated on the line of scrimmage again, we will be fine.

There is not a DB in the league that hasn't had a pass received against them and then a broken tackle....wow
I'm more saying Deebo is the bigger threat running and receiving and has to be accounted for.

Of course, but Ramsey is more likely to bring Kittle down after the catch. Yes Deebo is a problem too. Rams have to limit YAC. Rams will miss Jones in this game. Reeder is going to be taken advantage of in coverage.
There will be alot if mismatches vs the niners offense. Not having JG and his quick release should help.

Last game they ran the ball 44 Times....let that sink in....Stopping the Run is THE most important thing IMO....if the Rams Make them throw the ball in expected passing situations good things happen.

Exactly what I was saying. The key to this game is not getting our asses kicked in the trenches. This is what usually happens when we play them and it is what makes the games so hard to watch.

My recollection is they ran a 10 post to Samuels approximately 10 times and didn’t defend it once. I don’t think that we will see to many drop backs.

Andrews, their main receiving threat, went 6 for 89. Pretty much held in check.
