Michel = McCutcheon

Post by Jack85Youngblood »

I am developing a serious man-crush on Sony Michel; almost as bad as the one I have for Jalen Ramsey :D . I love his toughness. The Rams have had some great running backs in their history. One of my favorites was Lawrence McCutcheon. Michel reminds me of him with his slashing, get up the field, running style. It is NO coincidence that the Rams are 4-0 since Michel has become the feature back. McVay would never consider giving Henderson 27 carries. His one run of 17 yards yesterday was through a huge hole; and he could not make the only defender between him and the endzone miss. Making matters worse, he got hurt AGAIN. Michel is relatively fresh after playing sparingly in the first half of the season. Rams need to ride him in the playoffs. Let's hope McVay cooperates.

I think Michel is a tough runner than McCutcheon was. In fact, I see Henderson as a better comparison to McCutcheon.
But hey - they're all good. 8-)

We do see it differently. I see Henderson as more of a Wendell Tyler type.

Michel is great; keep feeding him the ball.

Henderson is made of glass and very fragile.

Can't wait till Akers arrives fresh for the post-season.
