WTF is with Stafford?

Underthrows Jefferson, under throws ObJ 3 INTs several close ints.
This guy really scares me. One day he is good one terrible.
I worry he is going to have this type of game in the playoffs. Minny is doing nothing special this is all on Stafford.

He having a horrible day. It happens. Even the Goat Brady had one a few weeks ago.
I believe every qb in the nfl has had a horrible game except for Rodgers
Not worried about having a horrible game in the playoffs. Overall he has had way more great games then bad ones. I look at his complete body if work and not just his last game

Two full practices over the last two weeks does not help the timing...he will respond...I believe...everything considered a gutsy win...

comparing a Brady bad day vs the mediocre career.....of a career mediocre QB who has bad days often?.
This will eventually bite the Rams in the next month.

I never said Stafford was Brady. A matter of fact I look at it this way, if the Goat can have a bad day what makes you think a lessor qb in Stafford can't or won't.
I don't expect the worse from Stafford, most games by Stafford been good, so the chances of him having another horrible day is minimal. JMHO.
Especially considering this is Stafford after just 2 full practices over the last 2 weeks, going on the road on a short week.

I missed all of these bad games Stafford had over the year. He had mostly good/great games, a few avg ones and and 2 horrible ones.

He isnt Brady, Mahomes or Rodgers.(top tier)
But just as good as anyone in the next tier.

I am also starting to worry. He is very inconsistent at times. i think the best way to describe Stafford is “When he’s hot he’s hot, but when he’s not, he’s NOT!"

I am also starting to worry. He is very inconsistent at times. i think the best way to describe Stafford is “When he’s hot he’s hot, but when he’s not, he’s NOT!"
Thats pretty much it. At any given times Stafford can be hot as any qb in the nfl and at points of the game, or even a entire game (like today) he can be way off.
With that said there is alot of room in between (great as any other qb and just horrible) which is where Stafford has been at majority of the season.

3 things absolutely can’t happen come the playoffs…….
Rams QB can’t continue to throw the ball into coverage. He can’t continue to refuse to throw the ball away when there is nothing there………
Offensive play caller has to stop not being committed to the run when one it is working and two within that game your QB is struggling………..
DC coordinator can’t continue to not see 15 games in that the skill set of your secondary is not a zone coverage unit……….
Continue to throw out there all you want 11-4, second best record……………

One int got tipped, the other he got hit and couldn't follow through. This isn't rocket science, it's a physical game. Bad things happen when a ball is ripped at the line, and when a QB can't follow through on his throw. Some here are acting as though he's just making bad throw after bad throw. It's not the case.

Still some doom and gloom, now focused toward Mcvay play calling and Stafford.
On the day the rams swept December, took first place of the NFC West, moved up to 2nd/3rd seed in NFL pending Dallas game, tied for 2nd best record in December and made the playoffs.

It’s not “doom n gloom” to expect your HC to run the ball inside your own 10 yard line with a lead when your QB is struggling and your OL and RB is dominating like they were……….
No one is displeased with what you keep on bringing up. But some of us see that these mistakes mentioned have to be corrected when there is no next week or they are going to cost you the season…………
You continuously not wanting to acknowledge such…………..

Because the Rams are the only team in the league with play makers? The Rams are the only team in the league with seasoned vets? Why stop with your expectations? Is it too much to ask to go undefeated every year? With Donald and Ramsey on the team, is it too much to ask to want shutouts every week?
It's the same old thing. If the Rams defense make plays, there's thread after thread about how they stepped up. If the opposing defense makes plays, it's the Rams inept offensive players, or coaching. Do you guys even watch other games? This happens to every team, several times per season.

He is exactly the same qb that he was in Detroit. The good and the bad.
For the rest of the year he isn’t allowed to throw another pass while inside our own 15 yard line.

And you clearly have not read a thing I’ve said in here over the years…….
I have said countless times certain level of subpar play happens every week in this league……..
But I’m not going to make excuses for poor decisions by our QB within a game like today when he has other options and chooses not to take them. IF you choose to so be it. Has nothing to do with yes AGAIN Im glad he is our QB etc………..
