Could not happen to a bigger, more arrogant S.O.B....hopefully Shad Khan's multiple lawyers find a why not to pay this jerk beyond this horrendous year...watch the Jags beat up on the Texans on Sunday...

Well, that didn't last long...

Guess it was the kicking that Lambo got from Urban that broke the camels back there..!!

Didn't even last as long as Saban!

College Coach's never seem to get it that in the pro's you are dealing with grown men, not impressionable youngsters. Different mindset, maturity level and different approach is required.. Ego's will always get the best of some and this is just another example of that, AFAIC...

Whoa. there. I don't know that Trever Lawrence is a bust. I wouldn't mind having him on the Rams roster learning under Stafford.

This^

Find it hard to believe that Mike would make such a statement………….

There are quite a few teams that wouldn’t mind giving TL and opportunity………….

Nor. You miss my point entirely. Of course, I or any other team would give him an opportunity. LOL that you would think otherwise.

In my observation, is Trevor Lawrence a "generational" Quarterback prospect that he was touted? No he is not and will not be IMO.
Having a discussion on whether he may be a generational QB is much different then calling him a bust………….

A “complete flop” as you know is the definition of a bust. It’s what you called him. Again no way in hell one can determine that after not even one full season………

And no way can one even determine if one is a generational QB after the lack of support he has been given in his first season. His skill set is there…………..

That 4th down completion against the Rams screamed the arm talent is there…………….

stop. you can't put that tag on him this early. the personnel around him is horrible. Look at Aikman when he came into the league. He was awful his first 3 yrs. Now he is in the HOF. Give him some time and get some players around him then we can have that conversation

The arm talent will ALWAYS be there. With Quarterbacks it's more the "brain" talent and the "heart" talent.

I realize it's super early and calling him a Bust now is a little harsh. Maybe Bust is wrong.

Will Trevor Lawrence be what he was touted? (Rare QB prospect along the lines of Elway, P. Manning) No, I personally do not think so.

Something is missing from this kid that I haven't necessarily put my finger on yet.

I think there's a chance he will be a Bust but I can agree that I was wrong if it seemed I used that term DEFINITIVELY.

“ Something is missing from this kid that I haven't necessarily put my finger on yet.”

Coaching. Easy to put finger on as well as a horrible NFL roster………….

I have a cousin who is a high school coach who has it on good information from many other college coaches he's talked to that Meyer is a top of the food chain scumbag.

As evidenced by him not flying home with the team after either Bengals or Browns game on a Thursday night. That pretty much sunk him with the owner and the team.

I don't know if Trevor with golden locks will be a bust but I'm hoping against hope that Trey Lance will prove to be...

Thankfully Shad Khan never got control of the Rams...what a disaster as an owner...

Exactly. I apologized for appearing so definitive earlier in the thread. I think he is in danger of underachieving and I also think Zach Wilson is too. I have the "B" in bust ready for Zach also. Of course these fine young prospects have plenty of time to turn around their careers. Both are probably being majorly hurt by horrendous Head Coaches.
I think you have to give zach 3 solid years as well. His team is so bad I can't put any blame yet. One thing that does concern me with Zach is he is missing the easy throws. Has been some noise about him not getting along with the head coach already....
