I’M AFRAID THIS SEASON MAY BE OVER

I said before tha I thought tonight’s game against Arizona was a must win game. Now we are going to be without Havenstein, Ramsey, Higbee, and Henderson due to Covid protocol. That’s several huge blows.
Unless McVay can pull a rabbit out of a hat and Stafford has his best game of the season our chances to win this game are slim.
I hope i’m wrong but if I’m a betting man I take Arizona at this point.

It is absolutely not a must win game to make the playoffs. Even if they lose tonight they are still 2 games up on the 8th seed.
Get in period which they will unless something totally unexpected happens. Those wins in the first 8 games actually do count………..
Those teams with 7 losses are not going undefeated the rest of the way………….

Take Arizona then. They are still going to play the game right? Every game is a must win game in the NFL. Rams are still in great position to make the playoffs regardless of whether they win or lose tonight. The sky isn’t falling Chicken Little

I was wrong. I still believe tonight was a must win game. SF is on our heels and they are riding a win streak. We have to keep winning. One helluva game. I am happy that we were able to pull it out. Now we can’t have a letdown against Seattle.

Why were you waiting all week for the rams to play the Cards. You said in the other thread that the cards are "overrated" and despite beating them you still don't expect much from the rams.

It's funny how the cloud of doom and gloom envelops us in the face of adversity.
First, the Rams beat the Cards with 8 of our starters out, then last night my EPL soccer team Everton FC got a well-earned 1-1 tie with 10 of their starters out and against one of the league's elite teams in Chelsea.
The EFC fan base had us down as getting mauled pre-game as we were forced to field many of our inexperienced youth team. Brilliant result.

Us "Reds" 'scousers' thank Everton.. for takin points from them. I'm sure City fans are happy with the result too. Didn't realize your guys were that shorthanded... great job..;)

Always good to see Chelsea come up short, especially against crappy scouse teams.
