Saw that a bit ago. I’m not really stoked w it actually. Was hoping for the guy out of Cincinnati.
DM this is huge for you. Fickell wasn't coming to LA....you watch now the recruits will start coming.

Our season is done. As far as i’m concerned all hopes for a Super Bowl have been gone since we lost to SF. Now, what little hopes I had for any playoff win is done too. I guess i was wrong. I’ll eat crow now. Stafford isn’t who I thought he was. Too bad we couldn’t have traded for Rodgers.

Team is flawed. Wasn’t going to show up against teams like Chicago, Detroit, Houston, NYG even though there was a hint. Some of us saw it while others either are not good at seeing what was in front of them or just choose to ignore.
Go bananas? Waste of time and pointless. What the bleep are any of us going to do to change it………..
Team will end up with 9-10 wins and get into playoffs but not how any of us wanted them too. But fact is this team is still better than all teams in the 8th seed n down. Those teams will continue to lose too. Make playoffs, maybe win a game, then done. This team isn’t beating the offenses of Tampa, GB, AZ, n Dallas and has no offense identity of their own and that isn’t changing. No one is saving this team. And it’s not acceptable but again nothing I’m going to do to change it.
Morris was a horrible hire, this team STILL has no ILB’s, n draft picks like Rapp were a huge miss by this front office. Fact is for the last time they needed to find a way to keep JJ even if it meant losing someone else.
Offense the QB is beat up and IMO has a lot to do with his current play. Trying to replace Woods with OBJ isn’t going to happen. They are just at a different level in their careers. And I do think McVay may need to consider letting someone else call plays for a few games. As HC he has a team that needs a lot of attention right now from him across the board.

McSnead has failed this team. For some reason I don't think they value the OL/DL too much. They are all about getting toys, WR, vs going after the beef and this has caught up to them. In the off season they need to get more physical and FIRE MORRIS. Would also force McVay to hire an OC

This is the same basic problem which faced our team under Mike Martz's coaching from 2002-05, with Raheem Morris serving as the defensive coordinator 'reincarnation' of Larry Marmie.
It was also an issue with the 1959 Rams, I believe... :o :? :|

You do realize no one that matters is listening to you. Again you made your point, you are entitled in doing so, but the rest of us don’t need to hear it constantly. So much more that can also be talked about with this team right now…………
