Fire McVay.
I have lost confidence in his ability to coach this team. His playing calling is stupid and everyone knows what he will do.

He has been exposed and he can’t adjust. His childish antics over Goff last year has cost the team for years to come. Stafford is no better than Goff.
He has refused to address team needs like the online and the linebackers and has giving away all of our top draft picks for the next decade.

With the tough schedule coming up, we may not win another game this year.

I think that it's time to start thinking about moving on from him. The only problem is that the next HC is going to be hobbled for years without any draft picks.

Yep. I mean we can fire McVay but this team will still be really bad after 2022 no matter who is coach.

They sold all future assets for this year. I think Snead needs fired before anyone else

Overreact much? The Rams are 7-4. We would have killed for 7-4 under Fisher. He has complete coaching staff turnover every year. Zoom out and look at the program that has been built.

The problem is this...who the hell are you going to hire to replace him?? He's never had a losing season and you just can't fire McVay

I agree. Grass isn’t always greener. We could hire the next Steve Spagnuolo and win 1 game a season again.

Like I said before the season started, if the Rams crash and burn McVay will move to the broadcast booth and leave this team a steaming pile of no draft pick poo

McVay isn't getting fired...come on....What I do think he should do is be the HC and that is it. Delegate and hire an OC. I know his ego will never allow this but this is what should happen. Oh and fire Morris right now

What McVay needs is a strong owner\FO that will tell him 2 things...

Just as with DV the FO needs to hire an OC and let the OC call plays and...

They need to fire Morris and have the FO hire his replacement...

Of course I'd like to see Snead replaced first...

And for gosh sake the owner needs to tell the FO\McVay that Stafford will not get a new contract until he plays out his current one...

I took it from Mora's "can't do diddly poo" speech.

Firing McVay would be a bit extreme but he has lost his genius status for me. We do have to give McVay time to find a good defensive coordinator and special teams coach but his management of both has been an F minus this year. I give him some sympathy as to how many great coordinators he has lost and also our depth is poor due to all the bad pick trades and the cheesy TuTu pick. McSnead is definitely having a bad year for sure. We do have money coming up to spend for depth and impact players but it needs to be used wisely and the two geniuses have not done well lately....

He’s good but not great, has almost no ability to adjust when an opponent shuts down his offense, telegraphs pass plays with the empty backfield, forgets about the running game almost every week and calls long pass plays on 3rd and short.

I don’t think anyone still buys the ‘offensive genius’ BS.

That being said, he’s still the Rams HC thru 2023 unless the team completely implodes, which, as bad as they are right now, is not the case.

I guess there’s still a small chance that the Rams can rally out of pride and heart but I haven’t seen much pride and heart so far. I don’t see Von and OBJ having much impact but you never can tell what will light a fire.

I am done with him too . On top of all that you said : Hired Morris who is clearly clueless and incompetent , hired our current St's coach ( we are last in the league in Special teams ) , Re-signed hekker instead of that kid that played 10 x better than hekker today , let Young go for nothing , etc etc . Just too many mistakes by him and Snead , they both need to go .

that is the problem . Maybe he could be good just as a HC ...or not . Drafting tutu , re-signing hekker and tons of other stupid crap that he has done , is hurting this team big time .

Jeff Fisher is still available. McVay has never had a losing season. Still the youngest coach in the NFL. Rams will be fine.

His play calling and decision making regarding the roster has been simply pathetic lately . We won't win many games if this doesn't change .

Total agree. Might make it hard to attract a new bright coach

If the team was stable or improving, I would have started this post. But the defense and offense is getting weaker each game. That is on coaching as we don’t have any major injuries.

Fire McVay he again has over half the league trying to hire him and whoever does would make him the highest paid HC in the NFL……..

Morris has HC experience. No more stupid of a suggestion then fire McVay is………
