Personally I would have kicked the fg, but Mcvay wanted to stay aggressive.

And his defense fucking sucks. We are making b young look good. Our offense has dropped off too. Not good enough anymore to mask glaring deficiencies. Years of not addressing back 7 killing us. Maybe NorCal can give a lecture on Speights again.

He wasn't being conservative and try to sit in the lead. He was going for the kill shot, rather then kick fg.

That was not the time to go for the kill shot we would have been up 20 - 7 with us getting the ball after the half. He needs to think about momentum 20-7 no momentum. Stop the 4th down play with an easy FG momentum swings to Panthers.

Kick FG or go for it on 4th. Take the points because you are never guaranteed to eventually get a TD anyway even if you convert AND if you don’t convert it’s like a turnover

They were also talking about how the wind was swirling at that end of the field. Perhaps that played into the decision.

weather should not even be a factor in pro sports these days, everyone should be in a climate controlled dome, games being won and loss because of wind is nuts
