IF Sean ever retires or goes to the booth…

I’ve got only one coach in mind to replace him…

Amazing what this guy has accomplished. Everywhere he goes, he wins. To annihilate Bama and now Oregon like this is something I’ve never seen in college football, especially from a non blue chip football type school. Miami has to be nervous

Hell of a coach.

I hear ya, but then I think of the greatest collegiate coach ever Nick Saban.

I actually think we are good for at least another decade plus with McVay. And LA will be one of the most attractive jobs in the NFL.

absolutely. what Cignetti has done at IU is amazing but he would have to do it for 10 more yrs to get up to Saban territory IMO

If the Rams lose today, McVay has my blessing to leave for a television job.

Would he bring brother Frank Jr. with him? He has Rams experience.

it's interesting all the coaches that went on to coach for other teams after they were on McVay's staff, if he left which one of them would you want back. LeFleur of Green Bay would be my choice, but I think he's pretty set in Green Bay
