From a Rams perspective, Thursday night’s 38-37 overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field wasn’t just a defeat—it was a soul-crushing implosion that snatched away control of the NFC West and likely doomed Los Angeles to a road playoff opener. The Rams entered the game as the NFC’s top seed at 11-3, with Matthew Stafford and Puka Nacua carving up defenses at will. They outgained Seattle 581-415 yards, turned in a flawless offensive performance with no turnovers, and Stafford threw for 457 yards (third-most in his career) and three touchdowns. Nacua exploded for 12 catches, 225 yards, and two scores, including a 41-yard TD in overtime to give the Rams a fleeting lead.
