Why is this guy still a Ram?
Because we drafted a RB that doesn't even suit instead of a corner , therefore , we can't bench forbes.... I mean they tried akelo and he looked even worse.

He just stood there in the 2 point conversion. His guy was so wide open, you could have put a Volkswagen between him and WR.

He also had a PI called on him in the most crucial time of the game AND didn't understand that he should have went with the TE in the last play . DelMar-Forbes did play well the first half.

Durant was beat like an old carpet every time he covered Njigba.... the PI on that play was something every corner has happen on quick slants it is sometimes called other times not but tonight te refs were very much looking for any reason to tilt the game

I’ll give credit when it’s due, but Forbes seems to just blow it when games are on the line,

such a valid point here. guys keep wondering how come we don't have better CB's or better LB's....well it's because of what you just said. we have drafted guys who have not played and this has caught up to us. yup we need Lbs too .....Speights is horrible against the pass , we need a MLB , badly . People are saying that Speights was supposed to cover the guy on the last play and he was supposed to cover the guy against carolina too and he failed both times. IMO this FO does not value D players - how we could take O player after O player and be left so devoid of D talent is just incredible - we draft O players and never play them while overlooking clear D deficiencies. Our DB s cut lose so many people in coverage it is just absurd- not a FO that values D talent - and it shows.

I don’t think the refs are trying to fix games but I do think opposing coaches have alerted the league that the Rams have the fewest penalties in the NFL and all 3 tackles (Havenstein, McClendon, Jackson) had been yet to be called for a holding penalty all year. I think he mentally broke down late in the game. I guess that's why Washington dropped him

He did play well most of the game. I was commenting on the final 2 pt play. He was covering grass and should have stepped up into that TE. Prob wasn't his job, but he was right there. And JSN killed us in the 4th and OT. He's just a great WR. Forbes I still say should not be our starter moving forward. After this season- he's way better than Akello.
