Be interesting to see if Drake can keep this going... Stafford, been doing this for how many years and only improves each year... Drake, you have sometime to prove it... but so far, both QB's are OUTSTANDING.
Guess it goes to show, you can have a top QB, but if you stick that QB w a garbage coach, or a OL that sucks, or no help from RB's, OR an even worse OC and QB coach... well, who knows..
So important to find the right guys for the right jobs, and looks like the Pats figured that out. Drake, before this season was just treading water... now... Geeez
Just like Stafford/McVay... magical

The game with Buffalo this weekend will give us more insight. NE has one of the easiest strength of schedule in the NFL. Although, Buffalo's defense has been very inconsistent.

Maye shows that it is possible to draft a quality franchise QB. No need to go after Burrows if we have another year or 2 with Stafford.

It is always possible, the question is how probable is it? There were 6 QBs drafted in round 1, and 11 in the 2024 class. I think the jury is still out on a lot of them, including Drake. One good year does not make a QB. Yes, he looks good but I am not ready to call him a franchise QB.

Always true with any draft. Booms and busts. Gotta try and find that talent.
