Frank Ragnow

Is coming out of retirement for the Lions. This potentially is a game changer for them pending he is the Frank of old. The Lions still have issues on the oline at Guard and LT. But Frank "should" stabilize the interior of the weakest part of that oline. Laporta being out for the year has been huge as well for them.

The Lions are also 12th in points allowed. So their defense is arguably the best it's been in the Campbell era.

Interesting development. Still dont see this team as a threat but big news for Detroit. Especially if Frank sticks around after this year.

The Lions D has been getting gashed lately... We should have a similar Offensive day against them as we had against TB.
Remains to be seen if the D can do the same. Lions are a way better O then the Bucs AFAIC.
Lions also have 1 of the toughest remaining scheds... and I'm not so sure they'll get in yet!
Home vs Packers, Cowboys, Steelers
Road @ Rams, Vikings, Bears.

12th is pretty average as far as defense. So their defense is nothing to fear. But statistically they have been very poor during the Campbell era.

Before the season I had them as a 10 win team. I think that's where they finish ball park.

Lose to the Packers Rams and Bears, yeah 10 wins is definitely there...

I was with a friend of mine yesterday who is a die hard Lions fan. He said their OL sucks and why he doesn't think they will make the playoffs. So this doesn’t surprise me………..

Crazy part Detroit is still 2nd in PPG. But I do think their weaknesses are getting exploited more as the season goes.

I think their weakness is Dan C going for it on 4th down 95% of the time.

They won't win anything until they fire Cambell. Today he whiffed on a bunch of 4th downs over the past 2 games he was 0-7. He is a radical gunslinger of a coach. 4th and 3 on their own 48 they don't convert next play by GB bomb touchdown.

Nevermind the fact he refuses to hire a proven D coordinator. It's not just the reckless playcalling. He isn't very good at many aspects of his job. Great culture guy but thats his only true real asset.

They would have been better off keeping Ben and losing Dan.

Their man scheme will get torched by Stafford and Co.

Read the thread dumbass.
Yeah. You made a Detroit lion relevant post in a rams forum to show your fraudulent fandom. Which we knew 4-5 years ago. No one gives a fuck about goof, their o line or the lions except you. Go make a Carolina panthers thread topic while you’re at it since they’re another team on schedule. They had players injured and suspended.

Haven’t made a thread about Goof Stafford this year. Will
let the MVP leader, 30:2 TD: INT ratio, and 1 seed speak for itself. Have a nice weekend.

Yup I know!

I was saying that back when you were saying the Rams were frauds against the Niners in the first matchup.

What does that have to do with making a Ragnow post on a Rams forum? Nothing. That’s what I thought. Quit moving the goal posts. Take the L and move on.

It just shows you continue to be wrong all the time lol. I can also make whatever football post I want!

Dont like it? Dont read it. Simple solution.

Topic reported. Want to talk about lions take it to general NFL discussion. Keep throwing insults will report you too. Not standing for your micro aggressions anymore.

Dude....week 1 you litteraly started a Lions/Goof thread.

But yet I'm not allowed to to make actual substantive football threads?

I know you've always been a little slow. But no way you're this obtuse?

I do think it is a little too much to have a THREAD about a move the LIONS made in a RAMS forum . This thread should be moved to the general NFL discussions. And sometimes , I do not know if hellram is a detroit fan or rams fan , or both .

Who actually uses the NFL discussions thread? We play Lions soon so it is fairly relevant thread. Who really cares?

I typically ignore the threads I think are stupid or irrelevant. Maybe we should all do that instead of all the banter. We are on the same team.

Thank you.

The only people who care are Karen's. The thread is relevant. And I do a good job of sticking to substantive discussions. I like the board but God damn the whining gets old.
