Dumoff wont allow the blues/whites or blues/yellow out again under his tenure. Too embarrassing for him.Jack85Youngblood wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 11:29 am What really irks me is that teams like the Eagles, Broncos, Bucs, Seachickens and Falcons have been wearing their old classic(BETTER) uniforms; but the team with the BEST classic uni (Rams) won't wear them.
It's a travesty!!!DelMar wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 11:39 amDumoff wont allow the blues/whites or blues/yellow out again under his tenure. I think its obvious why...
Not a chance in hell that they roll either the Dickerson, Youngblood, or Gabriel uni's out there.Jack85Youngblood wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 11:29 am What really irks me is that teams like the Eagles, Broncos, Bucs, Seachickens and Falcons have been wearing their old classic(BETTER) uniforms; but the team with the BEST classic uni (Rams) won't wear them. I would buy a Stafford or Nacua jersey in a heartbeat if it was the classic blue and gold of the seventies and eighties.
This sums it up.. The front office are going after a new generation of Rams fans.
Are 100% the best
And they actually are getting them. There are content creators and artist wearing the dark blue jerseys for fashion now. I didn’t think it was going to work. I thought it was an attempt to get those LA folks who love wearing raiders gear. It’s always about the $s. As much as we have complained we aren’t going anywhere. We will remain Rams fans. The new folks purchasing the New Jerseys and gear is new money.
Sad but trueRamsfan08ny wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 1:05 pmNot a chance in hell that they roll either the Dickerson, Youngblood, or Gabriel uni's out there.Jack85Youngblood wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 11:29 am What really irks me is that teams like the Eagles, Broncos, Bucs, Seachickens and Falcons have been wearing their old classic(BETTER) uniforms; but the team with the BEST classic uni (Rams) won't wear them. The Rams execs know that the new ones are shit, and they took a lot of shit when they introduced them. Its calmed down now, and would only refuel the fire if they put the greatest uniforms of all time out there for one or two games.
Yep 100% spot on.DelMar wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 7:42 am This black once a year isn’t that awful. I think how they deigned this looks like crap, shoulders look lame and don’t belong.
As many know, I’m not the biggest fan of our new gear by any measure. I’ve somewhat adjusted and accepted, whatever… but the one thing I just can’t seem to look past is the broken horn on the heads. Trivial to most, sure… but I just felt the thick solid horns was our identity, our soul… who we were.
Hoping someday Rams figure this out. Make our helmets great again!
Yep it looks like the Rams are in this for the long haul - just another 30 or so years to go until anybody that remember & cares about the golden/silver era helmets and uniforms is dead LOLRamsfan08ny wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 1:05 pmNot a chance in hell that they roll either the Dickerson, Youngblood, or Gabriel uni's out there.Jack85Youngblood wrote: ↑November 12th, 2025, 11:29 am What really irks me is that teams like the Eagles, Broncos, Bucs, Seachickens and Falcons have been wearing their old classic(BETTER) uniforms; but the team with the BEST classic uni (Rams) won't wear them. I am with ya. But it’s was said in a press conference that the Rams gear was dead last for youngsters who were Rams fans. The rebrand was a huge part of an attempt to get young LA fans excited to represent the Rams.RamPower wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 8:53 amYep 100% spot on.DelMar wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 7:42 am This black once a year isn’t that awful. I can put up with some color changes, but fucking with the emblem on the helmet is absolute heresy. The horns didn't need any fucking modern "improvement". Look around the League and witness the honoring of each teams actual helmet. It lives on like the American flag.
Denver and Tampa Bay? Well if their fans were cool with it, fine. The Rams helmet was widely regarded as historically...awesome. Moving toward things that look like a 12 yo girls dance recital...obviously kids would have still bought old school rams gear. The dif is the old guard fan would have continued to as well.
Rams didn’t become the 2nd most valuable franchise by sticking to old concepts and listening to old ideas.. let’s just accept that they did something right with the changes although clearly not to everyone’s taste.STL Woody wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 10:43 amI am with ya. Youngers would rather wear Clippers over Rams gear. And We Were Winning!!!
Its the stadium. The Rams would not be the 2nd most valuable franchise if they were playing in the colosseum.DVA_ram33 wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 11:52 amRams didn’t become the 2nd most valuable franchise by sticking to old concepts and listening to old ideas.. let’s just accept that they did something right with the changes although clearly not to everyone’s taste.STL Woody wrote: ↑November 13th, 2025, 10:43 am
