get yourself in better shape, get back on the field, we didn't draft lineman, we drafted a tight end who's not dressed, so you have to play hurt

Soft & weak along IOL and the entire league knows it - bad roster composition is showing.

I post plenty of negative posts, especially while I'm watching the game, I admit that I post negative post. I also post positive post. I can be critical. I can be analytical and I could be effusive in praise
You just don't admit that you are the excuse factory.
You keep kicking the can down the road, if they lose you say don't worry it's early, if it's late, you just fade away into the night, if they win, you say see, I told you so
I would like you to be analytical, I know that I can be negative, but primarily because I'm trying to be analytical, I can wax poetic about how great the Rams are, we all know the Rams are a good team they're 3-1 that means they're good, they finished very strong last year and we were probably good enough to make the Super Bowl
But I just don't state the obvious it doesn't need to be stated, we have champagne problems, but if we don't solve our champagne problems, we're not gonna make the Super Bowl. I never ever hear you talk about what we need to do to fix our team. You just argue with anyone who does. And that's a shame because you have as much football knowledge as anyone on this board.
I could high five about this win, but what difference does it make? Of course, the win is better than a loss.
I'd rather talk about what we need to do to beat the Eagles, Bills, Chiefs or Packers in January

Avila wasnt healthy enough to start but even a unhealthy Avila is better than a healthy Limmer. So Avila gets activated for depth and Limmer gets deactivated, as he should be.

you're spot on! hate to admit it because I came out early and said that I thought Limmer was better than Shelton, perhaps he is better than Shelton at Center, but he certainly is not better than anyone at guard

That's why these guys need to play in the preseason. They are all out of shape.

Here is a possible consideration : Displacing Limmer at C and making him a back up G while he was a developing player seems to have messed him up mentally. Now weaker at C ( just my opinion) with Shelton and having an Avila-Limmer step back in playability for different reasons has weakened the entire IOL. We are outside the room so it is all conjecture on our part but our OL is not as good now as it was at season end. Like him but DeDich (sp) is a limited try hard guy often overmatched physically inside.

Rams are one of the healthiest teams in the NFL this year
