My goodness... did not realize this. McVay has to fix this mental block. Bottomline.
EDIT: The post below forgot to mention our loss to Seattle week 17 last season. But, you get the point.

Rams lost a meaningless game to Seattle last year so this isn’t accurate.
I will add, two games in SoFi they kicked out asses and we didn’t look like we belonged. Last two games could have gone either way and the Rams were arguably the better team. It’s closer than people think.

Hey DM.
Was aimed at the idiot Philly post. Scumbag fan base can’t even make a troll post accurately.

Mcvay struggled to beat the eagles since becoming rams head coach. He struggled to beat the eagles prior to Nick being their HC.

Philly used to whip us physically. Before Sciriani they still had lane Johnson, Kelce and Fletcher Cox beating us up. Rams want to play finesse west coast football. SF did that too until attrition hit their roster. Rams then made more of an effort to get physical. Philly remains large although our last two games against them we’ve been able to run football and pass rush them. We had no answer for their DTs because we are small in the interior of the OL. Especially without Avila.

NOt his fault yesterday . IT was not him holding on the KW td ( shelton ) , it was not him dropping the pass right in his lap ( Adams ) and it wasn't him not blocking to allow the kicker to actually , KICK .
Players failed to execute miserably .

I agree, it's the players... but I think the issue also is,
and Cornell alluded to this another thread, but McVay keeps allowing these guys to stay in. Of course we're not going to take Adams out, but the Limmer and Shelton thing is mind boggling. Need to revamp or pull a guy or two from the Practice squad, I really no not know yet...
but Center, Guard and Corner is our weakest links... and ultimately, that falls on McVay as our leader.

There's so much blame to go around. But, I have faith in the fact that they'll turn this thing around. Had the number 1 team in the league almost beat and mistakes all around cost us. I think they'll learn from this and be hungry. This defense has the potential to be elite.

100% agree del. But mcvay has been like this forever now. He believes in his guys too much. They take forever to admit a mistake and make changes to the roster. Other hcs are much faster. That is one of the few mcvays flaws as a hc. A lot of times he overestimate his players.
