Taking on doubles and allowing others to get home is impact. Ask AD99.

Young, Landman, and even the rookie Stewart are balling because Verse is getting so much attention. I wouldn't call that "erased." More like pick your poison.

Yes exactly this.

well, he wasn't getting doubled 100% of the time, and he played much better for at least two series in the second half, but to me, he just doesn't look right, I saw several one on ones versus an average left tackle, last year that Guy would've been thrown into Wards face face in 2 seconds

AD99 was a notorious slow starter so I'm hoping verse is in the same boat, I was just looking for that crazy bull rush that I saw at the end of last year versus some pretty good left tackles

Getting hurt and also triple / double teamed many times... that would be tough for anyone.

Remember, thats what they did to AD... but do you also remember what else happened when that would do that? It made other DL guys studs.

When Verse is not getting the sacks and or tackles... but yet we still have not allowed many points at all by opposing teams, that means Verse is doing his job... just quietly. Watch replays of game tape. Many times the 2 to even 4 Offensive players were almost solely focused on Verse. This means, we are now playing 10 on 7.
