Based on the figures above, its a very fair deal and let's be honest, he deserves it.

While I hate signing guys too early, like we love to do... Im ok w this contract. I was fearful we'd go and do another Gurley deal. This is nowhere near that contract. We can trade him w little loss if we have to go that route next season. $11M per for 3 seasons, is not bad at all for RB #1. And if the dude fumbles, expect the Rams to eat that $23M and send him walking by next season.

Kyren, you asked, Rams gave... now do your part and hold onto the damn rock and lead our RB room.

Not a fan of extending RB’s. That being said…….

It is what $11m per. Certainly not a “wow he got that much” contract IMO………

He has to stop putting the ball on the ground though………

I think that one thing I keep going back to in all of this, and I know I need to let it go... but Tutu is making just a million less this year.

So now we have our star #1 RB @ $11M and our WR #4 at $10M.

Potatoes / Patatos / Tomato / Tomato 🤷🏼‍♂️

I trust our Rams, but this one is puzzling a bit.

I get what you are saying DM, but just me neither contract has me concerned……………

When they let Kyren go nuts on the field and opposing defenses run for shelter....

I can tell you this right now, either that rodeo is completely illegal OR those ladies signed a 15 page waiver stating they wont sue... because there is absolutely NO WAY that is insurable. Just impossible... but I think it's in Mexico, where everything goes and insurance is non existent for these shows.

My take on this is I am really happy for him. He deserves the deal. It's a fair deal for a indispensable player. He is a great runner, fantastic blocker especially for a non mobile QB his prototype is immensely valuable, a solid catcher out of the backfield and most of all strangely enough a outstanding short yardage runner. The knock is his breakaway speed and we all get that but he still moves the chains.

He bleeds Rams he was here in camp he didn't complain kept a positive attitude. He's only 24 if he stays healthy this contract will be looked back on as a strong one for Les.

The two issues with rbs and why most are shy about rewarding them with 2nd contracts is injuries we saw that with Gurley and the other is replaceability "oh we can always find the next one" that maybe true but if you have a top 10 RB with his leadership skills and on field skills don't let him go.

I have posted on both ways on paying vs not paying. Not paying came down to price for me at 15m - 18m i say no bc our warchest next off-season will be better used on other players we will need to resign but at 11m I feel it's fair.

Lastly Kyren is a heart and soul player - one of the most valuable players imo for his love of the Rams it sets a good tone for the future with other players.

Looks like basically a 2 year deal with an option for 3.....23 qtd makes it 11.5 a year if they only go 2....Tu2 got 10 as a 3rd wr....I'm OK with this deal

That is a great deal for the Rams... I hope he stays healthy and get over the fumble problem and he may lead the league in rushing this year.

I'm not completely sold on this guy. He is solid and seems to be well liked. I just worry a bit after the Gurley contract. I'm not sure he will be our starting RB in the next two years but like I said, he is solid.

I think it's a fair deal overall and I hope it works out for everyone. He is a WE not Me guy and I really like that.

If the Rams wanted to play total hard ball they could have told KW to work on his fumbles this year and set up talks for next offseason. This season they could have gotten a good look at Corum and Hunter. If those two guys shined they could have wished KW well and let him go.

I really think KW's character and locker room presence had a huge part in this. He's a team guy and a Ram player all the way. I'm happy with $11 mil a year and he is too so LFG!
